Vacation rentals with a patio in Sumène

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood with bars, restaurants and dhops all within easy walking distance, and close to the trams. Virginie was very helpful and responded immediately to all requests, including extra keys and parking 😀

Marion is a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host, she very kindly provided us with a crib and high chair. We also found a few small chocolates that made the whole family happy when we arrived. As far as the accommodation is concerned, everything was perfect for a family with two children, well equipped and functional. And most importantly, everything was in pristine condition, very clean both furniture and linens. The proximity to all shops and main activities is very nice. In short, we highly recommend this place, for its quality as much as for its host. We will come back without hesitation.

The five star rating system does not begin to describe the level of excellence to be experienced at Ludmila’s apartment. First and foremost is Ludmila’s sincere desire to make sure every detail is perfect. Communication is lightning fast. We ran out of coffee and another important item and both were replenished by the time we returned from a day’s outing. There are electrical outlets everywhere. There is excellent lighting. There are appropriate hooks, hangers and shelves to organize one’s things for an extended stay. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There is a Pensotti in the bathroom for heat and drying towels. The beds are comfortable. Paradise! The apartment is within easy walking distance of the train station and most of the sites in Nîmes. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Simone's and Alain's very welcoming and pleasant people. They inform you about the things to do about the area and its surroundings we had a pleasant stay. Very nice stay during the Christmas holidays at François' with our 2-month-old baby. Small well-designed house with everything you need to feel at home, the stove is a big plus for cold December evenings. Unobstructed and unoverlooked view. Quiet and soothing environment with hiking nearby. Very responsive and helpful host during a network power outage on the evening of the 24th! Self-check-in and check-out with lockbox. Thanks!

Patricia and Luc are very welcoming and responsive. Communication with them went very well. The place is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden in the shade of olive trees. Big plus for us: that the hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering Herault.

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaud's villa. The house is beautiful, clean and very well-equipped. The location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Thibaud is a very welcoming and responsive host.

accommodation is as described. A small downside though,regarding the kitchen. We occupied this accommodation in winter, we were 5 adults, the indoor kitchen ( there is also an outdoor one) can not accommodate more than 2 people seated for lunch. It wasn't very comfortable.

Excellent stay at Patrick's for my daughter and her 2 friends. The studio is very well located to do everything on foot, in the marina square, with all the shops, restaurants and the market at the foot of the building, the beach nearby. Very quiet on the top floor with a beautiful view and a patio out of sight very pleasant. Double exposure and fan to make a draught to cool the atmosphere. The studio is even better than in the photos and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Patrick was very welcoming and considerate, cared about their good installation and made sure everything was okay. He gave them a lot of practical information about Carnon and even brought them very kindly to Montpellier train station on the last day to avoid public transport. In short, this home is a small pearl at a very reasonable rate!

no key box, a human (concierge) gave us the keys on arrival and on departure we returned the keys to other humans (owner) and that's rare and great! clean apartment, well equipped, parking space a short walk from the entrance of the building which is a short walk from the entrance of the residence, the best! now for the cons: no choice but to return the keys...

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

Thomas was very accommodating and was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions and requests. The place was clean, especially the kitchen and utensils. It was a very comfortable place to stay. There were many big grocery stores nearby, so it was convenient to shop, and parking was very easy. It's a really great place to stay and I can only recommend it to others.
