Villa Bohinca was a perfect place for our 7 day stay near Lake Bohinj. The views are breathtaking and the little villages on the way to the lake were beautiful. Our family with 5 adults & 2 children had more than enough room. The large dining table was great and the kitchen well equipped. We played table tennis and had lots of fun. The road from Jereka to Bled was closed so our GPS took us a different way to the directions provided so this caused some confusion on arrival but then we understood. There is a lot of space, nice and clean, located in a small village, not far from Ljubljana (20 mins by car) Great place, thanks !!

We were super satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is very clean and still very new. It is centrally located for various hikes and outdoor activities. Check-in and communication was impeccable. We would definitely come again.

The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the garden is beautiful. The lake is a 10-15 minute walk, the host is very kind and direct. If we come back, we'll still choose this accommodation! Everything was great!

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.
