Vacation rentals with a home theater in Suginami City

Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

The host was very accommodating. If I needed something, I asked and they took care of it. We felt right at home.

We enjoyed the convenience of this location very much - it was close to the train station, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and was a quieter area in close walking distance to the busier area of Asakusa. The space of the apartment felt tight to walk around in for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 7 and 10), but the description and reviews did mention the narrowness of the apartment. We put out the extra bed on the floor for bedtime and folded it back up during the day to allow space for the table and put some of our luggages underneath the bed, and it worked out. We were thankful for the many amenities provided such as washer, the kitchenette, and the instructions on how to use the items, and felt the space was well used. Keyless entry was also smooth and easy.

Great location, Akasaka and Akasaka-mitsuke are the 2 main stations nearby. A lot of bars and restaurants, convenient and drug stores around. The only negative thing is a bit of noisy in the evenings. Apart from this the apartment is excellent highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

It was a great accommodation in terms of facilities, location, cleanliness, and amenities!I wonder if it was left behind by someone who rented it in the past, but it was quite well stocked with condiments, and I used them while paying attention to the expiration dates.I think it will be very useful for those who are not resistant. The TV is very large, and you can watch Netflix and YouTube, so we had a good time at home (◍• ᴗ •◍)

Great place to stay, close to the A1 exit of the station The room is located on the top floor (8th floor) and the Skytree can be seen from the window There are 7-11, Family Mart and a small aeon (not a big supermarket) nearby The room is clean and tidy. There is a washing machine, but you need to bring your own detergent.

Great place in heart of Nakano!

Takahiro offers a lovely, traditional two-story Japanese home that’s perfect for a stay in Tokyo. The house is located in Itabashi, a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood with convenient access to Shinjuku and Shibuya via the JR Line, and to central Tokyo via the Toei Subway. The home is compact, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. Please note that the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessible by stairs, a common layout in many Japanese houses. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and have only positive things to say about this charming accommodation.

We had the most comfortable stay in Eishi’s apartment. It is very cozy and pretty and well-furnished, everything you need is available. Love that there is a washer and dryer. Location is convenient, 8-10 mins walk from the train station that is well-connected to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the pillows are too soft. Highly recommended and would definitely choose to stay again❣️

The small furnishings were carefully placed, and although it was a place to stay, I was relieved by the warm atmosphere, like being at home. Also, since I was staying with my child, I was grateful for the space to run around and the facilities and environment to play in! Thank you for explaining how to use the equipment!!

this place is spacious for Japan. it was clean and had everything you wanted in an airbnb place. the two half baths (upstairs & downstairs) was convenient for a family of 5. the house is located in a very private area and very quiet. it's less than 5min walk to nearby train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. it's also 3-4 stops away from the Shinjuku train station, which is very convenient. the air conditioning works great during the summer time in Tokyo. the hosts (Naomi and Watanabe) are great and responsive to our inquiries. they provided us to lists of recommended restaurants, if needed. a big 75" TV (i think) in the living room was great. the kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook a meal if needed. we didn't use them much but they're available. we highly recommended anyone visiting Tokyo to stay at this place. we definitely would stay here again on our next visit here. We had a great time, the house is well connected to the subway and there are bus stops a short distance away. The house has obviously different spaces than "European" houses but the stay was pleasant.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved the spaciousness (we were expecting smaller) and had a glorious time.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and as shown in the pictures. It’s beautiful, too, with the artwork and the feel of a traditional Japanese home. It was literally a stone’s throw away from the convenience store, very near the grocery and local Daiso, and beside restaurants, and a few minutes from the train station. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was at least an hour away from places like Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. by train, though, and since we were 6 people it ended up a little pricey to ride the train to go places everyday. But it’s a direct ride to and from the airport so we saved also from having to hire a private car for airport transfers. Overall it was very comfortable and clean, and a nice and refreshing place to go home to after a day of sightseeing.

The place was very clean and safe. Very walkable and parks close by. Easy binder with lots of restaurants and places to go. Kazu was very helpful and courteous.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
