The place was extremely clean and very roomy. Plenty of places to hang, and it also afforded privacy for multiple couples. Rebecca was so friendly and very responsive to all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which wished we could have been here longer. At first we thought the location was a bit off the beaten track but once there were blown away but the peace and quiet and beauty of the location in the middle of the woods. Both Slim and Alexa were very friendly and very helpful with tips etc. Internet connection was great too and well equipped studio. Thank you

I felt at home in the cozy cottage. Caren and Jamie made me feel very welcome. The pride in their property is reflected in all the historical information provided about the grounds and the area. I would highly recommend staying at the taproot cottage. Thank you!

What a beautiful home. They have everything marked clearly and in such a fun way. Lots of history throughout the home. We had 5 adults and had plenty of space and privacy. They have quite a few stairs but I found very easy to get up and down and enjoyed the exercise. We were able to meet Gary before leaving which was a plus.
