Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Suffolk Coastal

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Sweet quiet spot in busy area but tucked away and very peaceful. Immediate access to amenities and not too far from the centre. Fast response and very smooth self check in which more hosts need to get better at. Gary nailed it,

Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

Had a fabulous week exploring Ipswich and Suffolk; this is a great base from which to visit a multitude of places and so much variety from Jimmy's Farm to World War 2 collections to falconry and kayaking to Saxon and medieval history; the furthest we drove was 40 miles. Excellent apartment with interesting views and Kie was a superb host - he met us at the apartment and also messaged during the week to check that everything was ok. Very happy to recommend this apartment and will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Angie was an excellent host - quick at replying and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed - roomy, very clean and comfy beds. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Dog friendly and a secure area at the front of the property. Thank you for a lovely stay - if we are in the area again we’ll certainly be back.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was very peaceful. Short drive to Braintree village. Great value for money. The little touches like amenities and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits really made a difference. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Brilliant stay But can hear everything from the other flats

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

A wonderful romantic break at Deer Cottage! Tina and Greg were the perfect hosts for this beautiful cottage. Tina welcomed us on arrival which was lovely. We walked into the beautiful kitchen which was equipped with everything we needed for our stay including a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen was beautifully decorated. The hallway had a little bookcase with a variety of books that we could read. A little note assured us that if we didn't finish the book we could take it home with us. The living room was cozy and warm with 2 comfy sofas and blankets if we needed them. The bedroom was beautifully clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was also very clean and tidy and well equipped. Of course the highlight was the hot tub which was a few steps into the enclosed garden from the back door. Situated under a honeysuckle covered shelter with fairy lights, it provided the perfect place to de-stress and relax. Highly recommend cottage and hosts.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

This place was fantastic. Everything you need for a party is there. The communication with the host was slow but I was told he was hospitalised and very sick. Hope you get well soon Andrew. The price for it was alot for a day I wish I could chek in around 11am or noon to have more time in the place. Nothing to complain about the place. very clean and it was full of everything you need. I was celebrating my 30th Birthday and I wish I could get discounts for this place to come again and again for more parties 🥳.

Very comfortable, well equipped caravan. Travel cot easy to put in largest bedroom. Good amenities, bonus of small bath ideal for babies. Lovely decking area which catches the sun and clear easy instructions for access. Will be booking again!

We had a great stay at Wash Farmhouse. The space was great and exactly what we needed. The house was clean and really nicely finished. Instructions and amenities were well explained and overall we had a really lovely time. Well worth booking and going too.

Gorgeous property, exactly matching the description & photos. Super cosy with fantastic mid century features and furniture which we loved! The attention to detail was incredible, and was greatly appreciated. Everything was absolutely spotless, and there were lots of spare towels & duvets etc just in case. This was our first experience of Air B&B and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction! Huge Congrats Paul on creating such a fabulous, welcoming place for people to stay.
