Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.
