Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. Our apartment "Felsenpfad" is situated in a quiet location directly on the edge of the Palatinate Forest, the largest contiguous forest area in Germany in the newly expanded attic (one staircase up). The apartment is comfortably equipped. In five minutes, guests are on the premium rock trail, which leads 45 km far around the town. Other premium trails are just as easy access. Very close is also an entrance to the mountain bike park Pfälzerwald, with 900 km long route network.

The entrance leads past the tower on the left. You enter the apartment through the small conservatory. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. Next: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get into the bathroom from the 1st bedroom, guests have to go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds.
