OG befindet sich der offen gehaltene Wohn/Ess/Kochbereich sowie ein Außenbalkon mit Südausrichtung und das Bad. Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich unter dem Dach. Zwei weitere Schlafplätze auf dem Schlafsofa möglich. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral ca. 300m vom Stadtpark und 400m von der Innenstadt entfernt. Im Radius von 50m liegen ein Bäcker mit Café, ein Supermarkt und ein Imbiss.

In de boerderij "Pasman" (1340 eerste vermelding als Bovekinck) hoorde vroeger bij Kasteel het Waliën, hebben we een vakantiehuis gerealiseerd. Gebruik gemaakt van oude elementen en toepassingen van hergebruikte materialen in een modern jasje maar met het comfort van nu.
