Waterfront vacation rentals in Suchitepéquez Department

Really nice apartment in a great location. I had seen a lot of comments about the music from the cafe next door but it stops at 11pm every night which worked for me. I had earplugs and used the fan and slept like a baby.

We had a very Lovely stay my brother Jacob and I. The room and the amenities was very good. We appreciated the helpful staff and the natural views and the guests which we met. We were there for a week in early February. Many Thanks to the staff..!!

This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

The property was in a good location, an excellent balcony and overall clean. There was flexibility for early check-in and a place to leave the bags, which was exactly what we needed. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The only thing that was a little less good was the smell in the apartment, which was musty, but you get used to it after you're inside the apartment for a few minutes.

Beautiful views of Lake Atitlan! Penthouse on the top floor was beautiful. Room was clean, ceiling fan kept the room cool when we had hot weather. Bathroom is shared with other room on your floor, they only provide enough towels for one room, so maybe bring towels. The kitchen & water is located in the top floor, so expect some flights of stairs if you want to cook a meal or get thirsty. Pro-tip: pack light as the walkway to the hotel is fairly steep. Overall, it’s a great stay for the amount of money paid and the host always got back to us about any issues. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This place is just how it looks. 2 bedroom apartment with very basic kitchen and bathroom. Everything seems very new. The bed I used was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Wifi was great and I only used the tv for YouTube which worked fine. Once you find the place, the location is great! Close enough to everything, but still quiet. Luis was quick to respond online and his brother Francisco helped me in. Francisco was very helpful and kind whenever I saw him. The only thing I would mention is that the kitchen could use more utensils and a fry pan. I was by myself so it didn't matter but if there were more people, they might want to add a kitchen table and chairs but there is room outside.

Carlos was outstanding. Very attentive, easy to communicate. His place well recommend for wheelchair access. My mom loved the place. The kitchen has all of the necessities. I would love to come back soon. He is a super host.

The host was very attentive to everything and they were very, very, very kind. The arrival is as advertised, you have to walk and climb stairs but it's worth it when you get to the view and the 3 floors are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were there right at the weekend of the Mother's Day celebration and in the village they started the celebration at dawn so we couldn't sleep comfortably, but we understand that it's out of the host's hands. Everything else was excellent! Especially the view.

Great location with spacious rooms and lots of amenities. A great option to share with family or groups of friends.

Staying at Carolina's place it has been great experience! being at the center of Mazatenango is a 10 out of 10.

The house was beautiful. Right on the lake with Cristal clear water to just jump in when waking up. We loved it!

The house is very nice, it is centrally located and is very spacious. I went with my family and we had several children, the house was perfect for our weekend There are markets nearby and it is just a few minutes from the IRTRA attractions. I recommend the house for family stays 👌🏻
