A beautiful place to get away from the crowds. The private beach made the difference. The view to the volcano and lake was unmatched. Definitely a place to stay again.

Amazing place, the listing photos are beautiful but in person it exceeded expectations. The house is very spacious, with many environments so that, although there are many people, everyone can have their space. It has everything you need. The beautiful garden as well as the exit to the lake. Very close to Santiago that also the main street very nice. Don Eduardo is very friendly. He supported us a lot. We will surely return, thank you very much for everything.

The house and location are beautiful. The groundskeeper is always available and willing to help, checking on us on a daily basis. The host provided tour services and was very communicative. The house is clean but there is some room for improvement. Please note: the house has a lot of steps/stairs, which is typical on a lake front property around Atitlan, but if you are traveling with an elderly group or disable guest, I would suggest staying at a hotel with accessible amenities. That said, we enjoyed our stay here, the views, amenities, and hot tub. PS: This is our second time in Atitlan, and we felt the prices of several services have gone up by a large margin (laundry services, home made meals, transportation (boat and Tuk Tuk), tours). Prices are going up globally so we expected a change but not as much. Expect to pay a tourist tax but pay attention. As a family, we support the local economy, and are aware and okay with paying extra but nobody likes feeling taken advantage of.

I just have no words for how beautiful this house is. we stayed here for our honeymoon + it just exceeded our expectations in every way. Luis is the man! thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. we will definitely be back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. This is our third time staying at Otto's place and 100% recommended. The place as always impeccable, the amazing pool. the house has EVERYTHING you need to have a quiet stay, if you want to cook it has everything you need, the grill in the garden area is great if you want to share an asado with family. Will definitely be back!!
