Cozy and relaxing with view of Lake Atitlan

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

The place was very nice, everything clean well put together, the kitchen came with alot of household items, coffee, cooking oil, plates , everything you would need.The view of the lake was beautiful, the outside little patio was a nice hangout spot for a coffee and to relax. Diego was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Responded quickly and had answers right away, provided us with transportation from the dock to the house and as our own little private tour guide around the lake. Very satisfied with the stay, do recommend to book with Diego and Oasis, definitely would come stay again! Thanks again Diego and Oasis for everything. Ask for Chema if your looking for some quick transportation around the area, very friendly, knows his way around.

A magical place, nice view, gardens in perfect condition and beautiful, access to private beach to the lake where we could swim, Vilma and Arnoldo super attentive and very helpful, excellent service and a very large and beautiful house with everything you need to enjoy. Thank you

The place is beautiful, it's totally worth it. Very safe and quiet The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything. And the condo's private beach was the best part of the Airbnb for me. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, well kept, attention to all details, everything we needed was there, pans, pots, cutlery, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, soap, iron, etc baths where spotless, house inside/outside well maintained and kept, gardens,walkways, is a beautiful property, the walk to the pier is nice and relaxing, they provided us with Kayaks and life vest. Cesar was very helpfully. I would recommend this pkace 100%

Stunning property with an even better view. Ample space, felt so private, but still easily walkable to Santiago and tons of transport options. Nobody wanted to leave the house while we were there though because it was so nice. The private dock was a great swim and relax spot, and a couple kayaks too. Kitchen has all the basics for a big group, although no food at all and had to buy extra drinking water too. More than one key would have been helpful. But it was amazing, a beautiful place that was so perfect for us and I’d love to be able to go again. Happy new year

Antonio’ place was beautiful ! No to far from the main city literally like 5/10 min in Tuktuk. The place is a little hidden but was not hard to find . House was clean, and it had all the basic amenities. It had lots of greenery and waking up in the mornings to the birds chirping and a beautiful sight of the volcanos around was def cherry on the top. Overall my family really enjoyed their stay there . Thank you Antonio ! I definitely recommend this place !
