Monthly Rentals in Suan Luang

The biggest advantage of this accommodation was that the Airport Railroad and MRT station were right in front of it, making it convenient to get around, and it was nice that the airport was just 20 minutes away, (The Airport Railroad is very close if you go to the back door of the condo.) There were no other buildings around the condo, so the view was good. Also, there are a lot of foreigners living in the building, so it has an international atmosphere, and I was able to buy everything I needed at the 7-Eleven at the entrance of the condo and at Max Value, which is 5 minutes away. It was safe because you could enter with a key card, and the surrounding area was clean because the building was well cleaned and the garbage was collected. Inside the house, the bathroom was a bit disappointing in terms of the sewer and toilet cleaning, but the kitchen and bedroom were neatly arranged. It was equipped with the necessary items, and the washing machine and air conditioner worked well. The check-in and check-out methods were easy, the process was smooth, and the response was quick. I hope this place stays clean. Thanks to the mal couple for providing a good place to stay.

Good apartment, we spent there almost 2 weeks and were contented with everything. Condo located nearby to BTS, you can walk or take a mototaxi. Around condo you can find awesome local restaurants and several shopping centers.

My favorite host I've stayed with so far. Very communicative and accommodating. If I didn't have to go to a different part of Bangkok I'd be staying here a lot longer😅
