Super dejligt sted at være, med de smukkeste omgivelser. Værterne svarede med det samme, hvis vi havde nogen spørgsmål og lejligheden havde en god og rummelig størrelse. Vi kommer bestemt tilbage på et tidspunkt!

We spent a whole summer in this lovely apartment, and we had such a good time. Petra and Kurt were exceptionally generous and we appreciate it very much. We felt so at home that we were sad to leave. The house itself is clean, tidy and organized and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed and pull-out sofa were very comfortable, the shower is spacious and the water flow is perfect. Very close to the house there are beautiful walking/biking trails. Thank you so much, Kurt and Petra, for a wonderful summer.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Unterkunft sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. 😊

we recently stayed at this wonderful lakeside apartment and were blown away by the beautiful, peaceful location. Romana was a wonderful host and on hand immediately for any questions we had. The apartment was clean and well enough equipped for a 10 day stay. The bonus of having bikes and a SUP to hand were thoughtful and we used both alot during our stay. The place is ideally situated to explore the local area, but to be honest we loved just coming back and chillin in the wonderful garden and taking in the expectational view. thanks for making this a memorable stay . regards Rachel & Andrew.

Sehr schönes Apartment und die Lage ist wirklich top 👍🏼

Tolles kleines Häuschen in perfekter Lage in Friesach. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine. Die Dusche war sehr modern und augenscheinlich recht neu. Waschmaschine gabs auch. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein Highlight war der große Garten mit Trampolin, verschieden Spielgeräten, einem Grill und einem überragenden Blick auf die Burg auf dem Petersberg. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Urlaub in Kärnten.

Sehr schönes Haus ohne direkte Nachbarn nähe des Semmerings. Optimal ein paar Tage die Ruhe zu genießen oder Wandern zu gehen (waren im Sommer dort). Wir waren 10 Freunde und auch das war für die Gastgeber:innen kein Problem. so wurde uns alles gut erklärt und das Haus auch nochmal vor unserer Ankunft gegenfecheckt. Auch beim Check-in und Check-out war man flexibel. Rundum waren wir happy und es entsprach unseren Vorstellungen :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem fantastischen Pool und Sauna daneben. Schöner Garten. Im Keller noch Tischtennis und vieles Andere, um das schlechte Wetter zu verweilen. Jacuzzi ist im Garten und wir haben es nicht benutzt, da der Garten von den Vermietern mitbenutzt wurde und uns hat die Privatsphäre gefehlt. Die Ausstattung im Haus nicht das neueste, aber alles da, sauber und im guten Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Siamo stati veramente molto bene a casa di Christian. vicinissimo alla pista Red Bull Ring, infatti siamo venuti qui in occasione della Motogp. L'Host è stato molto cordiale e super reattivo nelle risposte, ci ha aiuto con un piccolo problema che avevamo avuto in cucina e in 5 minuti ci ha risposto e dato l'aiuto necessario! la casa molto bella soprattutto la terrazza! posto auto comodo di fronte la casa. Das ideale Haus für Ruhesuchende, die sich in einem rustikaleren Ambiente wohl fühlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Ein schönes Chalet. Pool war ein Hit. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Gute Infrastruktur. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die täglichen Ausflüge waren super.

Really comfy apartment that contained everything we needed. Close to town centre, quiet and nice view from the 4th floor. There is no elevator, which was fine with us, but important to know before you come. Owner was very helpful. We would come again. ❤️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Fritz und Alex war super. Sie haben auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet obwohl sie in Urlaub waren ☺️. Ausstattung und Lage ist super.

Tolle Unterkunft in einem regional typischen Vierkanthof. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Innenhof ist großartig zum Sitzen, der Garten groß und für die Hunde perfekt! wir haben viel unternommen!

Wspaniały pobyt we wspaniałym miejscu ! Pokoje czyste , wszystko zadbane i przygotowane na Tip top ! Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem . Piękna okolica , duży ogród co było plusem dla dzieci . Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek . Polecam !

We had a wonderful month-long stay at this apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is perfectly set up for longer stays, with everything you might need—from kitchen essentials (right down to the spices) to all the comforts that make a place feel like home. The location is excellent, right next to a tram stop in a quiet neighborhood, making it easy to explore Graz while still enjoying a peaceful place to relax. Katharina is fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond. She provided a great guide to Graz and the surrounding area, which helped us make the most of our time here. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Graz, whether for a short trip or a longer stay.

Der Aufenthalt bei Michael war sehr entspannend. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Und wir hatten noch nie so angenehme Matratzen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral inmitten vieler Ausflugsziele. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Una casa muy bonita. Esta ubicado en un lugar entre montañas y bosque muy relajado. El pueblo es muy pequeño y no hay tiendas cerca para comprar algo de alimentos (se nos olvido el aceite) pero la anfitriona nos dejo un poco de aceite para nuestra estancia. Muy agradable!

An outmost beautiful place to stay. With maybe the best view i have aver had!! Great apartment too! Each room had their own bathroom accompanied with a nice kitchen/living room and adjoining balcony. But that is the least of it, the owners and their children where delightful. Very kind and generous people that took all effort to give us lovely stay.
