In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Friggebod with bunk bed. Pets only allowed in the friggeboden. Own jetty, rowboat, fishing in the lake. Boat motor and two kayaks can be rented. 3 km to free outdoor swimming, mini golf, 9-hole golf course, off-road tracks and homestead. Scooter and cross-country skiing from the cabin. Lovely place to rest, relax and "recharge".
