Welcome to this charming house that exudes history and soul. Located in the picturesque fishing village of Lund, where small, well-maintained house facades shine in the beautiful landscape. The house is located at the end of the town, close to the south-facing coast, where you will find the small, quiet harbor with small boats, a swimming pier and views of Møn. Here you can really experience the peace and quiet that characterizes the area – and when darkness falls, you will be captivated by a starry sky that is hard to find elsewhere.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

It is located on a natural plot with direct access to the garden from all rooms. Outside you have free access to a huge terrace with gas grill, table and chairs, as well as garden. The sea house is a fantastic starting point, whether you want to have a beach holiday right by the sea or want to explore South Zealand.

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.
