Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

It is located right next to the beach, centrally located on the lakefront, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is right outside the house. The bedroom windows and the balcony overlooking the lake welcome the sunrise in the morning and offer a view of the moon reflected in the lake in the evening.

The renovation of Grandma's old farmhouse resulted in a large house consisting of two apartments. Upstairs is the large apartment, featuring a combined kitchen/living room area, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and three balconies.
