Scott’s place was perfect for our group of 7 for the weekend! The place was clean, well put together and had plenty of amenities. There happened to be a scheduled power outage one of the days we were there, but Scott was straightforward about it before the weekend and had great communication throughout it all. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Wonderful spot! The location was perfect—the central area of Idyllwild and most restaurants were within walking distance. The home was spotless (not even a bug!) and designed very well. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting a nice launching pad for your Idyllwild trip. It wasn’t entirely clear to me from the listing, but it should be noted that this cabin is part of a larger complex of cabins on the same property. The backyard area (such as the picnic table) are shared with the other cabins.

Absolute heaven! Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying breakfast on the screened-in patio, listening to the birds and watching the scenery with our dog. Every square inch of the house is carefully thought out with beautiful details, and they have everything you need to feel at home. The beds and pillows are comfy, plenty of lighting, modern appliances, and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Arriving here was like walking into your home. It was immediately inviting, comfortable and clean. Nathan was quick to respond when I asked about bringing our two cats and he was more than happy to host them. I originally picked his cabin for the fenced in yard, but the tree top deck ended up being phenomenal! Myself, my husband and both cats spent the entire weekend on that deck enjoying the quiet and watching all the wildlife. We are already planning to stay here again and will be staying even longer next time!

We traveled as a multi-generational family, including our youngest at just six months old. Linda went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. She kindly provided a spotless pack ’n play and a humidifier, and even offered us an early check-in to help us avoid Friday LA traffic—a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. Her attention to detail and personal touches made our stay feel truly special, especially over Mother’s Day weekend. That kind of hospitality is rare on Airbnb these days and was deeply appreciated. Even our pup felt well cared for and right at home! We highly recommend Linda’s cabin and hope to return soon!
