Hytta ligger i Signaldalen ca. 110 kilometer fra Tromsø by. Ligger ved signadalselva, som er omgitt av høye fjell og mektig natur. Det er kort veg til høyfjellet for ski/toppturer/fotturer/jakt og nordlysopplevelser. Der er også scooterløype på vinterstid. Hytta har strøm, innlagt vann og badstu. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert Det finnes et godt utstyrt kjøkken med bl.a. komfyr, micro, brødrister og vannkoker. Nærmeste butikk (Hatteng) samt en grillbar ligger 6 km fra hytta .

Hytta ligger i gangavstand til Reisaelva. Hytta har WiFi, tre soverom, et bra utstyrt kjøkken, bad, sauna, stue med vedovn og tv med chromecast. Handduker og sengetøy er inkludert i prisen.
