Apartment vacation rentals in Stranići kod Nove Vasi

Everything was very easy with the booking and the communication. We booked last minute and didn't have to wait a minute to get in contact with the host. The place was clean and spacious. We had a good stay. :)

Marija je velmi milá hostitelka. Vše vysvětlí a ubytuje tě osobně. Bylo to super. Na pláže autem 5min - pláže dál od města byly soukromé, nepřeplněné. Do centra Poreče autem 5min. Lokalita je opravdu klidná. Jediné co bych uvítala, kdyby měla k dispozici od každého trochu např olej, cukr, nějake koření - v kuchyni je k dispozici pouze sůl a pepř. Jinak ale kuchyně je naprostě skvěla zařízená. Ubytování odpovídá fotkám. Za mě opravdu nádech Chorvatska. Moc jsme si to užili a doporučujeme všem.

Check in sehr flexibel. Top Service! Nur weiter zu empfehlen. Gastgeber sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es herrschte eine angenehme ruhige Atmosphäre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut gegeben und der Strand war auch sehr gut zu erreichen.

Cristina, Sandro e la loro figlia Elizabeth ci hanno accolti davvero amichevolmente. Lo spazio a disposizione è completo di tutto, pulitissimo, ordinato e arredato con gusto. Ci sentiamo di consigliarlo a tutti e ci ritorneremmo volentieri. Un caro abbraccio e grazie di tutto!

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad, het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door host Victor en van veel informatie voorzien over wat er te zien en te doen is in de omgeving. Tar is een rustig plaatsje dat prima is als uitvalbasis voor het ontdekken van noord Istrië.

Sono tornato volentieri all'alloggio di Eni. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e arredato con gusto. Non manca nulla ed è tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Eni sempre accogliente e simpatica è presente per ogni esigenza ma per nulla invadente. Spero di tornare il prossimo anno

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Mirjana. La maison était fidèle à la description, très mignonne et propre.

Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

Auch wenn es nur ein Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht war, waren wir äußerst zufrieden mit Zoran und seiner Familie. Alles war sehr sauber, super zu erreichen und Zoran ist sehr zuvorkommend. Hier hält man es auch für deutlich mehr als nur eine Nacht aus. Zu empfehlen ist das Redtaurant „Konoba Daniela“ - unbedingt das Beef Tatar probieren. Ihr werdet begeistert sein.

Wir waren in den Herbstferien in Lovrecica. Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider konnten wir nicht mehr im Meer baden, da wasser zu kalt war. Wir konnten aber paddeln, die Kids haben es genossen. Beim Nachbarn konnten wir direkt frisch geangelt Fisch kaufen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, Donald war sehr freundlich & immer hilfsbereit.

Top Kommunikation. Von der Buchung, über Check-In & Parkplatz bis zum Check-Out hat alles prima gepasst. Es war alles sauber und ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon von dem man aus der Ferne sogar aufs Meer schauen kann ist am Abend und in der Früh einfach wunderbar um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder zu starten. Gerne wieder! :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Our stay was great. Klaudia has been very kind since booking, giving us useful directions. She was available to greet us upon arrival with only 1 hour notice. The apartment was clean, tidy and modern. Also very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Due to its location it is very relaxing and calming with views onto the sea from the terrace.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Bäcker, Markt, Restaurants sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alenka hat einen zuckersüßen Hund. :) Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man braucht, außer Salz (hatten wir aber mit). Wirklich schöne Strände sind in ca 15 Gehminuten Entfernung. Alenka hat auf alle unsere Fragen sofort reagiert & war sehr freundlich.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Rosso in der Casa die Graziella war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unglaublich freundliche Nachbarin Lina, die den Check-in und Check-out so unkompliziert und herzlich gestaltet hat – besser hätte es nicht sein können. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp, den ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous apartment, beautifully designed with great furnishings. It was the middle of winter so not much to do and we appreciated the space and comfort of the apartment. Not many restaurants open so we enjoyed cooking fresh market fish in the lovely kitchen.

Mycket trevligt boende och en bra och vänlig värd. Antun välkomnande oss personligen och berättade lite om huset och sig själv. Boendet är finare i verkligheten än på bilderna. Mycket bra skick. Lägenheten är dessutom utrustad med en ny tvättmaskin som verkligen underlättade vår vistelse.

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, das Amphitheater gleich daneben, und ruhig gelegen. Ich war mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden! Jasna war eine super Gastgeberin wie man sie sich wünscht, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Mirjam sehr genossen. Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und die umliegenden Orte zu erkunden (zu Fuss, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus).

Mirjam’s place above the city is lovely and the view is so calming. Very quiet are and feels like home away from home. Thank you.

Great location and lovely apartment

Wij verbleven 5 dagen in dit prachtige appartement aan de kust van Istrië. Het uitzicht en de inrichting van het appartement waren precies zo mooi als op de foto's. Helaas waren we er in maart, dus het zwembad was nog niet gevuld en het was nog te koud om een duik te nemen. Echter, konden we heerlijk in het zonnetje zitten op het dakterras. Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige buurt, de kust is op loopafstand (als je een beetje goed te been bent) en met de auto zijn er ontzettend veel mooie plekken op rijafstand. De keuken en alle te gebruiken spullen vonden wij ook echt een pluspunt, hierdoor konden wij ook een aantal dagen lekker koken en relaxt eten in het appartement.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mladen è stato semplicemente perfetto. L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimo, accogliente e situato in una posizione davvero comoda per esplorare la zona. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stato proprio lui, Mladen. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza, facendoci trovare un delizioso aperitivo di benvenuto che ci ha subito fatto sentire a casa. È una persona attenta, premurosa e sempre disponibile: ci ha dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti locali, luoghi da visitare e anche piccole chicche che solo chi conosce bene il posto può suggerire. La sua disponibilità e cortesia hanno reso il nostro viaggio ancora più speciale. Si vede che ci tiene davvero a far star bene i suoi ospiti, e questo fa tutta la differenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi non solo un bellissimo appartamento, ma anche un’esperienza umana autentica. Grazie di cuore, Mladen — torneremo sicuramente!
