The apartment is well located close to all amenities and transport It is about 10 minutes by bus/car from Belfast city centre, close to Titanic Quarters, SSE Arena and only 5 minutes by car/taxi from Belfast city airport. Belmont Road is a 4 minute walk and buzzing Ballyhackamore only 15 minute walk where local cafes, bars, shops and restaurants can be found. May not be suitable for disabled/young children due to stairs up to the 1st floor.

It is situated in the heart of Ballyhackamore, previously voted 'best place to live in Northern Ireland'. The area has numerous great restaurants, cafes, pubs and independent shops. It's only a short bus ride away from the centre of Belfast (bus & Glider route) /taxi is around £10. George Best airport & Lanyon Place station are both nearby.
