I should have booked for a much longer stay. We REALLY LIKED this place.

This was our second stay with Jon Robert & Anna. It is a beautiful place across a small road from the lake with mountain views - including views of waterfalls & the glacier. The apartment is decorated with personal touches, making you feel like you are at home. There are MANY things to do just a drive away. Ålesund is only an hour away. We also drove to Runde (the famous bird island) from here. Jon Robert has a printed guide book with exact routes on driving tours of the area. He is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, and in very good condition.

We were very happy with the facilities and the host was great at providing good information.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rune’s apartment. The apartment was extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Set in a beautiful location ideally situated to visit many attractions. Rune was very helpful both before and on our arrival explaining everything about the accommodation. We would definitely recommend Rune’s apartment.

We had the most incredible stay at Monica and Vidar’s place in Flo! The house was absolutely amazing, equipped with every amenity you could possibly think of, including everything needed for a baby - a bed, a high chair, and more. It truly felt like they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Monica and Vidar are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond. When snow covered the area, they even brought slides for us to enjoy - it was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was super warm and cozy, and the views from every window were absolutely breathtaking. We were incredibly fortunate to witness the Northern Lights during our stay, which made the experience even more magical. We visited during New Year’s, and Monica and Vidar had decorated the house beautifully - it felt so festive and welcoming. Our group consisted of three families, and everyone was delighted. Thank you guys, for creating such a wonderful spot to celebrate and make unforgettable memori

We had a fantastic stay at this modern house! It’s clear that the hosts live here, as the home has a cozy and personal touch. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and high-quality kitchenware, which made cooking an absolute pleasure. The entire house was clean and very comfortable to stay in. A beautiful spot tucked in one of the most stunning fjords. If there had been more snow, it would’ve been a backcountry skiers paradise. That being said we still found some great skiing not far from the house. Egil is an awesome host and I would love to come back and visit in the summer and again in the winter (hopefully with more snow). Worth a stay if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place to vacation.

We had an amazing stay at an amazing Norwegian farmhouse with hiking nearby and floating saunas on the fjord in Sæbo. Very central to take ferries wherever you want to go. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Ola's house and was the best decision when visiting the area. The house was so spacious which could host a big family too. It was very cozy and always kept warm so we really didn't need to turn on any heating system. The kitchen is very modern with induction system. All basic kitchen ware could be found. The house was sparkling clean and in the bathroom you had the option of shower, bath tub and also sauna! The magnificent view could be found all around the rooms which was awesome. I haven't had such a relaxing sleep in a while, watching over the fjord, a complete dream. Ola was very attentive and friendly which made us feel as home all the time. We went to a fishing tour with his son Ola which we found so much fun! His knowledge was surprising for such a young age and he was very talkative and friendly. A very nice young man. I can't recommend Ola's place enough. We hope to come back soon! Thank you so much Ola and Ola Jr!

Øystein's house is fantastically located, overlooking fjords and mountains and walking distance both to Ålesund city center and to beautiful hiking areas at Aksla. Private parking space in a city that is in short supply, contributed to good well-being and zero stress. Recommended!

Very helpful and quickly responsive host. Check-in was quick and straightforward, with a description of walking distance to div. The host called and informed us that we can check out later than previously agreed if we wanted which was incredibly nice done. This was a spotless experience, highly recommend =)
