Absolutely stunning location! The view and surroundings are so beautiful! The house is simple but we had no problems with hot water and electricity. Communication with Marcos was easy and he gave us local contacts because he was not around. We didn't need them, but it was good to know. Thank you for sharing the place!

Sonia's rustic cottage in El Chaparral was EXACTLY what we expected and more! The only surprises, were good ones. The house is perfect for 2 people. Comfortable furniture, a comfortable, large bed, lots of cupboard space and more than enough hangers (this is often a fail in many airbnb's) The kitchen is very well stocked. We were able to settle-in very quickly and could have stayed much longer. As for the location. Just wow! There is only one other house that you can see in the distance. Cows grazing in the field below the house were our only neighbours. The only sounds we heard were the birds, the cows and the sound of the surf. ZERO barking dogs - again, wow! It is an easy walk to the beach and there are a number of great walks you can take right from the house. There are also many other trails close to Bolonia. Thanks Sonia!

Great place and top hosts - would recommend to anyone! On the large property, some smaller accommodations are so cleverly arranged that you hardly notice anything from the other guests. Only the free-range rooster crows tirelessly all day, which woke our daughter up very early in the morning and she could no longer sleep.
