On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

dream accom! debra made me feel immediately at home the second i walked in the door. complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the room, use of toiletries in the bathroom, 5 minutes walk to the bus that takes you straight into town, the comfiest bed and blanket i’ve ever slept with and her house is extremely aesthetically pleasing! 0 complaints! 12/10! thank you deb

Our stay at Rosemary’s was absolutely fantastic! We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding at The Carriage Hall. Rosemary very kindly offered us a lift to the venue, saving us the trouble of getting a taxi! Upon arrival, Rosemary was stood outside to welcome us in, with her being the friendliest host I have ever stayed with. She gave us a tour of the space and made sure to let us know where everything was. The space was clean and cosy with a lovely conservatory that catches the sun nicely. The garden is well kept and beautiful with lots of flowers, if we had more time, we would have definitely made more use of this! The morning after, Rosemary very kindly made us a delicious continental breakfast - which was well needed after a busy night celebrating! We had a lovely chat :) Rosemary is a fantastic host and the space is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again! Thanks again Rosemary!

Really enjoyed my stay here it was everything I’d hoped for and more… I had time to reconnect with nature and my family and disconnect from my phone. Jane and her family were very accommodating and friendly throughout. Felt completely relaxed throughout and right at home. Highly recommend C Brumpton butchers for cakes, pies, preserves and all round good fare. And Naturscape Wildflower Farm and Tea Rooms - handy stop for a cheerful lunch on the trip home. Will be back!

A great experience, in a lovely location. The locals are super friendly, I went for a walk with the dog (whilst my family slept) and in a couple of hours everyone I met had said hello and made feel super welcome. Helpful communicative host! We would definitely go back.
