Die lichtdurchflutete Dachgeschoss Wohnung liegt mitten auf dem Kiez, am Hans-Albers-Platz, mit Blick sowohl auf die Reeperbahn, als auch auf den Hafen. Ich wohne hier seit über 13 Jahren und fühle mich pudelwohl. Da ich ab und zu auf Geschäftsreise bin, kann ich meine Wohnung gelegentlich netten Gästen überlassen. Ich bin trotzdem telef. erreichbar, die Schlüsselübergabe übernimmt dann ein Freund.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
