Cozy cabin right at Rypetoppen and Storlien is rented out when we do not use it ourselves. The cabin is located a bit by itself and with immediate proximity to nice hiking areas. In the winter you can strap on your skis right outside the cabin and in the summer you can go on nice mountain hikes. The cabin was renovated/built in 2015/2016 and appears modern. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and running water, electricity, toilet, shower, dishwasher and road all the way to the door. The cabin has nice outdoor areas with space for motorhomes and tents. Good feedback.

Barrier into the cottage area where the cottage is located. Possibility of parking for several cars outside the cottage. Your own firewood may be brought for possible heating of the stove. Also, bring your own bed linens/towels.

Log cabin 55 sqm located on the sandy shore of Lake Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Nært Åre/Rypetoppen 1. etasje: Entre, bod/gang, 3 soverom, bad, badstu og stue/kjøkken med utgang til terrasse med benk og bord, og to utestoler. 2. etasje. Loftstue med dobbeltseng, TV og leker. Her er det nå delt rom Varmepumpe, peis/ovn og badstue i tilknytning til bad. To solrike terrasser utvendig. Hytten kan være varm ved ankomst (gi beskjed). Lader for el bil etter avtale.

In winter, you can put on your skis and go straight out on groomed ski trails or try alpine skiing at Storlien or Åre.
