Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Hallebyhuset is a lovely summer house, in a peaceful area by Bjerge Sydstrand in West Zealand, Denmark. The house is located up a meadow where fishing and sailing opportunities. The house is 100 sqm, cozy and conveniently decorated, there are two terraces. Separate utility room with washer and dryer. There is a tool shed with bikes that can be freely used. 500 m to child-friendly beach, very child-friendly with a light sloping sandy bottom. Approximately 10 minutes drive to supermarkets in Gørlev.

Our small farm is located in the middle of nature. You'll love it because of the coziness, the location, the quietness and the views. Our place is good for couples, families with children. Possibility of extra beds in both rooms. We have lots of pet-friendly animals and animal babies, trampoline, swing set, sandbox and campfire area. The farm was originally built in 1773, and most rooms are well over 100 years old, so there are crooked doors and windows. We are constantly improving the facilities.

The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
