You live in a newly built house of 36 sqm with space for 2-3 people and your own furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal is included. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
