Herrestad is like a green oasis in the middle of an agricultural area and close to Sweden's largest freshwater lake. Wildlife is abundant, both in terms of birdlife and deer. Often you can see both deer and elk in the garden. Now life out in nature has also been expanded with wild boars. In the spring, the beautiful apple trees bloom and the houses are surrounded by several different kinds of beautiful deciduous trees.

Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city center and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

A gorgeous, quiet and spacious place, just at the edge of a beautiful lake! Smôga is a unique holiday paradise at Årjäng in Värmland. The property, a courtyard consisting of several houses by Västra Silen, is a good three acres and has a 250 meter curving coastline with rocks and fantastic views over the three mile long lake. The cabin is a wonderful place for inspiration and relaxation all year round while it is a good place to work/home office.
