Odlična lokacija. Iz balkona in kuhinje je res lep pogled na morje. Stanovanje je opremljeno z vsem kar potrebuješ, prav tako je opremljena kuhinja. Manjkala mi je samo pečica. V bližini je veliko parkirišče in dolga urejena sprehajalna pot ob morju. Jelena je prijazna in odzivna, definitivno priporočam.

The place is as it is described, equipped, clean, recently renewed, cozy, with a very friendly responsive host. It has all is needed for a joyful comfortable stay. We were with two and stayed for less than a week. We enjoyed our stay a lot ant it is totally worth the money. The equipped studio makes it comfortable to stay even longer. The building and neighborhood is rather calm. There is small supermarket across the street, if needed. The location is very comfortable, close to the center while being easily accessible by car. There are parking lots in the street, also there is a parking close by. We parked both on the street and also in the parking. The parking is within few hundred meters and was comfortable to reach on foot.

An outdoor lounge area features dark cushions on wooden seating arranged around a low coffee table. A bowl of fruit is placed on the table. The space is bright, with stone surfaces, and steps leading up into the surrounding greenery.

This apartment was nothing short of amazing! Pristine, comfortable & modern in a very convenient location. Communication with Ivor & Davorka was smooth and they were extremely helpful. Looking forward to returning in the near future! Highly recommend.

Appartamento ristrutturato con tutti i confort, la cucina non ha tutti gli accessori che servirebbero per sfruttarla come a casa propria, ma nel complesso è un bell' appartamento.. peccato per il complesso in cui si trova, abbastanza datato e meritevole di alcuni accorgimenti come rifare le scale di legno che portano all'appartamento ( condizioni pessime molto traballanti) , luce nel corridoio che porta all'appartamento assente, di sera è buio e non proprio praticabile. Tea però è un host attivo e disponibile per tutte le esigenze. Lo consiglio per qualità prezzo.

Wir (4-köpfige Familie) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im House Paola. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Häuschen, mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das Wohn- & Esszimmer ist groß genug für einen entspannten Fernsehabend und zum Essen bei Schlechtwetter. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss bei den Schlafräumen war bei bis zu 37 Grad im August wirklich Gold wert. Der Pool, der exklusiv für die Unterkunft zu nutzen ist, bot auch eine wunderbare Abkühlung und war auch sehr gepflegt. Vedrana ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Unsere Kids wollten sich gar nicht mehr von Vedranas lieben Hunden trennen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann die lauen Sommerabende auf der Terrasse genießen. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 10 Autominuten, was aber für uns völlig in Ordnung war, da wir lieber die Ruhe im Vinodol den überfüllten Strandortschaften vorgezogen haben.

Jani war ein Super Gastgeber, immer Hilfreich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön, alles was man für einen Perfekten Urlaub braucht. Ausstattung war alles vorhanden und äußerst ausreichend vorhanden. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Slowenien kommen, kommen wir sicher hierhin.

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und dennoch nah an vielen schönen Ausflugsorten und Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der unkomplizierten Kommunikation über die schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen bis hin zu tollen Tipps für die Umgebung – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

We had a fantastic week in this cozy house. The location is unbeatable, with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein wunderbarer, friedlicher, sehr ruhiger Platz mit einem ganz besonderen Flair. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Garten ist ein Traum und man ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Wald. Dies war sicher einer der besten Unterkünfte, die ich je gebucht habe. Dies ist so ein Platz, den man am liebsten nie verlassen möchte. Das Dorf Griziane mit einem Geschäft und eine kleine Bar ist nicht weit vom Haus und man ist in 10 Minuten in Grikvenica am Hausstrand wo es etliche Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen und sehr viele Erkundungen gemacht und es war jedes Mal wunderschön an diesen besonderen Platz zurück zu kehren. Maya war sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr nett und sympathisch und sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Danke Maja für diese ganz besondere Oase der Ruhe . Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren . We had a short stay in Radoboj but it was wonderful. The view is absolutely beautiful, the hosts were friendly, welcoming and professional and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.. The house and garden were lovely, with lots of lavander everywhere. We were happy with everything. The only thing is that getting there the road is quite steep. I think for someone adventurous or someone that's used to living on a mountain it's no problem, but if you're an anxious person like me keep that in mind. I was a bit scared going up at night, but the view was worth it.

Vera je bilo iznimno susretljiva, komunikacija jako lagana, uvijek dostupna, brzo odgovara na poruke i preporučila nam je neke restorane u blizini, ali nama je toliko predivno bilo u smještaju da nismo imali potrebu nigdje ići. We had a great stay at Lara’s house. House is nice and cozy and it is even better than in photos. We really like the location and surroundings. There was a lot of snow when we were there and there is a great spot for sledding in backyard. We had so much fun and I would recommend Lara’s house to everyone.

We had our stay in August 23 - this apartment is a little "diamond" and offers a sensational, panoramic view over Crikvenica from the balcony. It's a pity we we never met Ibrahim in person, but it was simply not necessary - he was very well-organised, provided all necessary information in advance with pictures and answered any question within minutes via the Airbnb app. Maybe one relevant point: we occupied the apartment with 6 persons and thus, came with 2 cars. There is only 1 parking space included into the apartment (which we knew before), but we didn't know the parking situation on the street is a littebit tricky and it took us some days to find a proper place for parking. All other points are perfect - the apartment is clean, well-equipped and all relevant stuff was there, including towels, kitchen instruments etc. Looking forward to visit this apartment again!

Brief stay with my family and dog at this apartment was a highly positive experience. The apartment was impeccably clean, located in a tranquil part of Ljubljana, which allowed us to rest well, on very comfortable beds. Host Rok was incredibly pleasant; he greeted us with his own homemade natural products. I highly recommend it.
