Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Stone Town

very hard to find. the best is if you put feza school in to google maps. the apartment is around the corner. otherwise the apartment is very nice and clean. we also loved the pool. hope to come back one day

Nous avons choisi Fumba Town comme point de départ de notre découverte de Zanzibar. Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Nous sommes une famille de 5 enfants et souhaitions démarrer nos vacances dans un coin au calme, paisible, loin des endroits trop touristiques pour nous immerger dans une atmosphère authentique. Nous avons été conquis ! Fumba Town est un lieu sécurisé, au calme, avec diverses possibilités de restauration et divertissements pour petits et grands. Le lieu est très bien entretenu, propre. Nos enfants ont adoré Kwetu Kwenu Chill, la vue sur l'océan est magnifique. Des DJs jouent de la musique plusieurs fois par semaine, ce qui en fait un lieu de rassemblement et de détente, avec de rencontres avec des gens de tous horizons ! Le logement est calme, décoré avec goût, nous y sommes sentis bien.

The location is convenient, being close to the road, though this does come with some road noise. However, everything else about the stay was excellent. The place is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, from a fully functional kitchen to comfortable sitting rooms and bedrooms. Buda, is incredibly welcoming, cooperative, and communicative, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would choose this place again on my next visit to Zanzibar.

This house was beautiful one of the most beautiful houses i have stayed at . Elias was so much help he was always ready and willing to help, he is a friendly person the house was spotless clean, everything was great only challenge was getting around since the house was abit far from the main road ,so transport and shops are quite hard to access at your convenience . However Elias always had transport arranged for us in case we needed anything . If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place then this house is the best... our biggest challenge was the power kept going on and off and this is not something he had control over ... the whole of Zanzibar had the same issue ALL IN ALL the house looks much better physically than it even does in the pics its comfortable makes you feel right at home

villa top, class, spacieuse avec equipement necessaire et tres propre. menage quotidien et gardien sur place. il faut marcher 10 min a pied pour chopper un bus pour Stone town. vous êtes à 5 min de l aéroport en voiture. je recommande vivement ce logement 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at Suleiman’s place . This is how your represent Airbnb and treat your guests with a host who is tangible and can give guests tips on site. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very stylishly furnished!! We loved it .

Amazing stay! Diana was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful. She even helped me with local transport to the apartment and let me check in early. The location in Fumba Town was perfect, with a supermarket nearby, a couple of great restaurants (one right on the beach!), a garden/park, and more. Highly recommend!

Feels right at home. With a nice ocean facing rooftop, clean swimming pool. This is a safe lodge, location is quiet and safe with friendly staffs and secured. Responsive host and always checking if everything was ok. This is a place where you can have a perfect rest/relaxation on vacation. I will definitely book again.

Wir haben spontan für unseren Sohn eine Unterkunft gesucht und fanden dieses Kleinod inmitten von Stonetown Zanzibar. Wunderschön mit den typischen, historischen Möbeln eingerichtet, eine funktionierende Klimaanlage und eine wirklich saubere Unterkunft. Wir wurden von zwei Damen empfangen, die sich sehr nett und höflich um alle Belange gekümmert haben. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Vintage house has a unique style and is placed in a very safe street close to the city center. Andreas helped us out with all our questions and arrangements, the laundry service was also much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Veronica was very kind. She welcomed our family into her home. We wanted a place close to the airport so fly out the next day. Driving into the neighborhood, we started to get a little worried. It's a few minutes down a dirt road. She was able to give our driver precise directions. Once we got behind the secured gate, we were amazed by the property. We hung up our wet beach clothes outside on the spacious patio and clothesline. The kitchen had all the amenities. A separate dining area, a sitting area with 3 couches and TV, 3 bedrooms(2 with en suite bathrooms then a 3rd bathroom). AC in every room which was a bonus for us coming from not having any for 3 days in Nungwi. Hot water in the baths/showers. I slept on the couch comfortably whilst others enjoyed their private rooms/beds. In the neighborhood, I felt safe enough to walk 10 min to a fruit stand and small grocery to make breakfast. The kids in the area were so sweet. We gave them treats and they were grateful!Thank you!

Great apartment to stay. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed including washing machine to wash our clothes. The host was friendly and responsive. What I loved the most about the apartment is that its a great location.

Die Wohnung war mitten im Geschehen, ideal um die Kultur kennenzulernen. Dennoch leider neben einer schule. Aber trotzdem war alles soweit super gewesen

We’d stay here again! Mohamed was extremely friendly and had stellar communication. He responded so quickly to all of our needs and was very attentive and kind. We also enjoyed the location, being in the heart of stone town where everything was in walking distance. The room is spacious and the house they live in feels very cozy and authentic, much nicer than being in a standard hotel room if you’re down to experience living as the locals do!

Alles bestens, die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Yolanda. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Stonetown. Ame und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt im Herzen von Stone Town mit vielen Möglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Mon mari et moi avons adoré notre séjour. nous avons passé plus de 7 semaines. La piscine lagon était très parfaite, la propreté était partout. Nous avons apprécié la femme de ménage chaque semaine. La seule chose difficile à été d'aller à la plage. Les routes sont horribles et pas évidentes et pleines d'eau quand il pleut. Trouver de quoi manger aussi fut un peu difficile, manque de produits. Nous avons trouvé d'excellents restaurants. Dans l'ensemble nous avons eu une excellente expérience.
