Ina and Msuli and their staff were phenomenal! Can’t say enough about how great they were! Good people, great location, clean, and safe place. Right on the beach, which makes everything accessible by walking and also the private pool is a great amenity as well. When we come back to Zanzibar in the future, we will definitely bring the whole family and stay here! 5/5!

Newly built complex, central, very close to the beach, equipped and clean. The Brezeer staff is always attentive, kind, helpful and very professional. A plus; their free bike service. Highly recommended for any kind of person. General note 10 out of 10. It's been a pleasure. So far Nico. ;)

The place is excellent for families. Everything is clean and nice, small shops nearby - we can recommend Fatma's shop (first one on the left) if you have no car. Otherwise you can go to the main street where you find many local shops and even a supermarket! Alessandro is very helpful and the staff is nice, too. Everything very secure. If you go to the beach (around 5min), you pass a small village, where many childrens play :) Breeze has a small place at the beach, too, where you can enjoy the Indian Ocean. There are no stones when you go into the water (which is not everywhere the case)! We would definetly come again! Thanks to the entire team!

This is a fantastic little gem, that is in a quite and secure area just minutes walk to the beach; just perfect for relaxation. The apartment was spacious and clean, with rustic Zanzibari touches. Great place to stay if you want to venture out and also experience the local Zanzibar culture. This was my first Airbnb stay and it more than exceeded my expectations.

It is a peacefull and beautifull spot on the beach of Pongwe. With a big tropical garden and pool. Msuli was an excellent host for us when our son needed medical attention. Thank you so much for everything, we had a wonderfull stay at your accommodation.

This is a good accommodation, clean, and as the pictures show. I recommend the house. The host is proactive and answers your questions and enquiries promptly.

Right next to the markets, so very busy but quite lovely.

Greg and Grace provided great support in advance. Greg was even so sweet and changed €100 for me so we didn't have to change money at the airport for an unfair course and were therefore taken care of for the first few days. We landed in Zanzibar in the middle of the night, the taxi organized by Greg picked us up at the airport and Grace was so kind to meet us in the morning. Both were always available via Whats App and gave us really very good tips on good restaurants in the area. The Airbnb itself, the terrace with a hot tub and the illuminated pool area overlooking the sea, can be used almost 24/7. From the bedroom you have an incredible view of the sea and can really watch the most beautiful sunrises in the morning after waking up. On request you can have breakfast prepared, you can just make out the time and say what you want. So it was great too! We had a good time :)

Really great location, fairly cheap for stone town - it’s a little busy near the market but being in such a central and active location gives you a real taste of life in Zanzibar which the resorts won’t provide.

centrally located between the touristic and local residential areas. close to public transport to other parts of island. walking distance to ferry and 3 wheeler to airport.

We stayed here for three months, so Train House was our home. Raymond became our friend, he was so helpful, so friendly. It’s loud because of the Darajani Market but I personally didn’t mind. The location was great, you just had to step out to get food and you could walk through Stonetown in like 15 minutes to get to Forodhani Food Market. There was actually nothing I could complain about, I will miss it very much!

Emanuel and his family were very friendly and helpful. If I should return to Nungwi back again.. then only here!!
