What we lack in white sand beaches we make up for with private swimming pool, rooftop terrace with BBQ, and ocean-front dining pavilion. The property has 3 en-suite bedrooms, with king size beds; the upstairs bedroom has a separate entrance for extra privacy. The downstairs rooms have outdoor showers. Generator provides constant power.

The pool size is 10 x 3m. I live with my son in the 1st floor of the building. A private use of pool can be arranged. A sandy beach is reachable by 2 minutes walking. Port and airport in 5 minutes drive. Nearby are shops to buy daily needs and restaurants with various lovely food. Wifi is available.

Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. Its minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, ATM machine, post office and taxi stands.
