Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Stone Town

This is a fantastic little gem, that is in a quite and secure area just minutes walk to the beach; just perfect for relaxation. The apartment was spacious and clean, with rustic Zanzibari touches. Great place to stay if you want to venture out and also experience the local Zanzibar culture. This was my first Airbnb stay and it more than exceeded my expectations.

Excellent séjour chez Ina et Msuli, cadre idyllique, jardin tropical avec sable blanc, piscine privée (la maison est divisée en 3 logements) et terrasse en bord de mer. Nous avons adoré la situation, la plage de Pongwe est magnifique et encore très préservée, les activités sont dépendantes de la marée, baignade, observation des étoiles de mer, balade sur la plage, .. avec de très bon resto autour. Nous avons adoré les 3 jours passés là bas.

Logement propre et identique aux photos. Hôte accueillant et présent. Logement sécurisé. Restaurant très bon, personnel attentionné Piscine propre.

Complejo de nueva construcción, céntrico, muy cerca de la playa, equipado y limpio. El personal del Brezeer siempre atento, amable, servicial y muy profesional. Un plus; su servicio gratuito de bicicletas. Totalmente recomendable para cualquier tipo de persona. Nota general 10 sobre 10. Ha sido un placer. Hasta siempre Nico. ;)

Stare al Breeze Residence per noi è stata molto piú di una semplice vacanza. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti Alessandro che pur essendo in tarda serata, ha subito provveduto ad ordinarci delle pizze e accomodare ogni nostra richiesta. Durante il nostro soggiorno tutto è stato perfetto! Le camera sono magnifiche e super pulite! la location è da sogno e a due passi da una delle piú belle spiagge dell'isola, inoltre gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con cucina e frigo quindi volendo si può cucinare ( c'è un supermercato ben fornito a 5 minuti), per chi invece volesse mangiare al ristorante ce ne sono moltissimi raggiungibili a piedi anche di sera . Ma quello che ha reso il tutto indimenticabile è stata la cortesia, la gentilezza e la cordialità dei proprietari, Nicola è una persona speciale, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha organizzato delle escrusioni mozzafiato ( altamente consigliate) e aiutato con il noleggio di uno scooter. Stare al Breeze è un'esperienza che consiglierei a tutti almeno una volta nella vita, noi stiamo già programmando il nostro ritorno :)

Right next to the markets, so very busy but quite lovely.

Greg und Grace haben uns im Vorfeld super unterstützt. Greg war sogar so lieb und hat 100€ für mich gewechselt, damit wir nicht für einen unfairen Kurs, Geld am Flughafen wechseln mussten und somit für die ersten Tage versorgt waren. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht auf Sansibar gelandet, dass von Greg organisierte Taxi hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und Grace war so lieb uns in der früh, in Empfang zu nehmen. Beiden waren per Whats App immer erreichbar und haben uns wirklich sehr Gute Tipps zu guten Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Zum Airbnb an sich, die Terrasse mit Whirlpool und die beleuchtete Poolanlage mit Blick aufs Meer, sind quasi rund um die Uhr nutzbar. Aus dem Schlafzimmer hat man einen unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer und kann am Morgen nach dem Aufwachen wirklich die schönsten Sonnenaufgänge betrachten. Auf Anfrage kann man sich Frühstück zubereiten lassen, man kann einfach die Uhrzeit ausmachen und sagen was man möchte. War also auch super! Wir hatten eine Gute Zeit :)

Really great location, fairly cheap for stone town - it’s a little busy near the market but being in such a central and active location gives you a real taste of life in Zanzibar which the resorts won’t provide.

centrally located between the touristic and local residential areas. close to public transport to other parts of island. walking distance to ferry and 3 wheeler to airport.

We stayed here for three months, so Train House was our home. Raymond became our friend, he was so helpful, so friendly. It’s loud because of the Darajani Market but I personally didn’t mind. The location was great, you just had to step out to get food and you could walk through Stonetown in like 15 minutes to get to Forodhani Food Market. There was actually nothing I could complain about, I will miss it very much!
