Condo vacation rentals in Stone Town

Abudy was very responsive and he got us a driver who facilitated our movements around Zanzibar seamlessly. He has a team that comes in to clean on request and they quickly responded when we made a request for additional towels in the night. The place is clean and I internet was reliable. I would highly recommend this place and will certainly stay there again on my next visit.

The apartment was in the middle of the action, ideal for getting to know the culture. Unfortunately, it's next to a school. But nevertheless everything had been great so far

Sunny’s place was ideally located in the heart of Stonetown and we had an amazing stay. The place was comfortable and airy. Sunny as a host was really super responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay in Stonetown.

AbdulKarim place is as described. It's spacious, clean, the decor is great, safe, and peaceful. AdbulKarim is very nice, he's available when you need him, he is very attentive, easy to communicate with and should you have any issues while staying at his place he will be there to address all of your concerns.

The place is very clean, peacefully and it is as shown in the photo, beautiful house and the environment is cool. I recommend this place to others.

Patrick was the best host we had in Sansibar. A friend of mine and I are travelling the island and Patrick was very kind and helpful, he booked us a Safari. Thanks for that 🙏🏻 Its nice to talk with him and he also cooked rice and beans for us which was very tasty!! Definitely recommend to stay in this apartment. Really lovely apartment with wonderful outside space and air conditioned en suite bedrooms. I loved being able to nip to the beach for my early morning swim and then come back to relax in the pool which, although it's small, was great for cooling off. We managed to have all 4 of us (2 adults plus 2 full sized teens) in at once. Sonia was really welcoming and very helpful, always responding quickly to queries both before and during our stay. She also gave us handy info about local restaurants who we could message and have deliver to the apartment which was perfect for us. Eating on the terrace every night was great. All in all a lovely week in a beautiful apartment with a great host. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at Riz’s Airbnb apartment in Zanzibar. The space was classic, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. Riz was an excellent host, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zanzibar and look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

I can only recommend the place, from communication to booking, to transportation from the airport to the welcome and accommodation to the apartment, we were happy with everything. The family apartment provides plenty of space and excellent cooking facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the terrace is superbly adapted to relax in privacy thanks to the grown beautifully blooming bushes. Next, the generous breakfast included and 2 pools, at least one of which we had to ourselves at any time. The area is very well maintained, the pools are clean and the surroundings of the apartments are cared for. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as the beginning of the village, where you can shop for everything you need, and also observe the local life while walking. Thank you so much to the owners and the entire staff for a great stay.

It was so lovely to stay here at Lapili residence. Cannot recommend them enough, the hospitality of the staff/guards were so amazing. They’re such kind people and helped us out whenever we needed, even the littlest things. Also major football fans! Great location to the beach as well with a private beach beds for you to use. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Zanzibar, this is it :)

Great place to live, very beautiful area, big pool, and delicious coffee in the recreation area

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.

Sheila was very kind and always cleaned our apartment perfectly. The location is excellent for accessing shopping options or the beach. The complex is clean, safe, and beautiful, with a great pool area. We will definitely come back again.
