Freddie and Cathy were great hosts. We had a issue with the TV and they came quickly to help us out. Super friendly and great host. This will be our go-to spot on our next visit!

I personally met Eric and Blair and they were both very gracious and very friendly.We had a great conversation and shared many common thoughts and experiences. I would not hesitate in recommending their lovely accommodations to family and friends.

We have been to many AirBnbs over the years. We can say without hesitation that this was the most comfortable place we have ever been to. The space was super comfy, well appointed, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within a few blocks of Greensboro shopping. We went out to a couple of great restaurants, the Green Valley Grill for dinner and Mimi's for breakfast. The zoo is awesome. If we are ever in this area again, this is the place we will choose. Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

This is my second time staying at one of Eric’s Airbnb’s. His description is extremely accurate so no surprises upon arrival. He’s very responsive and gave us many great local recommendations. We were comfortable and would certainly stay again at this or at any or Eric’s other Airbnb’s!

Great home to stay while spending some quiet time in King NC. Pilot Mountain State Park is close by with lots of hiking trails.

This place was incredible! It is more beautiful than the pictures show. You walk out the front door into a peaceful setting with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Every recommendation was spot on and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. My kids had a blast and we will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This home was absolutely beautiful and had many different scenic views which is important to us. Waking up every morning to peace and quiet was an experience you dont get in florida. We loved how quick Gail would respond and how helpful she was for all questions we had. Definitely boosted our experience Of North Carolina and would love to come back. We stayed in a barndominium at Lovey's Farm in Walnut Cove NC for 2days . The home was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view . It has plenty of room for our party of six . The house has everything you can ask for, the home was clean, well-kept, and had varieties of coffees and teas . Check-in and check-out was super easy. Mary was very sweet , even put fresh flowers on the table, which I absolutely loved . If you’re looking for a rental near Hanging Rock State Park don’t look no farther, this is the spot .

The place is exactly how it was advertised, which is a great thing!!! Located right across the street from a small coffee shop that may have had the best Americano I have ever had and above Hugo's which unexpectedly had delicious food (wings, pasta, pizza, ribs) and by far the BEST apple pie and chocolate cake!! Yes we tried them all. It was a block away (walking distance) the 24 Gym which has everything you need for a complete workout!

Great location! 5 minutes from RJ Reynolds Auditorium. In the middle of everything, but very peaceful. Comfortable bed and free of clutter! Host is very responsive & helpful! We will 100% rent again next year m!

We felt right at home. Beautiful space that even seemed a little bigger than the photos. Was great to be near walking/biking paths. Kathleen is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to return.

My colleague and I travelled to Greensboro for a conference. The unit was very close to the conference center--less than a 10 min walk. The unit is located downtown, and there are a few restaurants in the area, but it's always good to have a car to be able to go further. There is no free parking in the area, but Horton shared parking recommendations, and parking is free from 6pm to 6am and on the weekends, so we ended up not paying too much for parking. Horton was a very reactive host, the BnB was clean, and I really appreciated the little snacks available. Very comfortable overall, although the walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors' TV at night, which was not ideal--so don't forget some earplugs to help with that. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.
