Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Lovely self-contained annex with outdoor space

A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle, where Downtown Abbey was filmed. Secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The annexe is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

Such a lovely little find. Small and compact but with a lovely walk in shower. Really comfortable bed - such a quiet and peaceful night's sleep every time So very quiet, yet close to main routes. Pretty setting with a lovely pub within walking distance (about 7 minutes). Private parking space which is always a bonus.

The Cartshed is exactly what I want from an Airbnb. Lovely surroundings, spacious and helpful host.

This charming cottage is most definitely worth visiting. The fully equipped cottage has lots of character including a log burner to add to its coziness. The location has breathtaking views for miles around with many thatched cottages, it’s just beautiful. Georgie sent detailed instructions for our arrival, everything was very straight forward. Georgie was very helpful and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The barn was lovely, it was the perfect getaway with everything we required for our stay, we especially loved the welcome basket and playing pool Our dog loved the massive garden and meeting Mocha and making friends with the Alpacas. Francesca made us feel very welcome and we would highly recommend the barn for a lovely relaxing break.
