La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.

We stayed here overnight whilst on a business trip. The venue is easy to find and very secure. Instructions on how to access the gates and codes were nice and simple. The apart is probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, it was flawless and decorated beautifully and spaciously. I’d highly recommend staying here and can honestly say if we find ourselves back in Nottingham then this would be our first port of call.

A compact kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and an oven. Cooking utensils and dishware are stored on the countertop, which features a sleek design. Soft lighting enhances the neutral color scheme of the cabinetry, creating a functional cooking space.

Our stay at Rosemary’s was absolutely fantastic! We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding at The Carriage Hall. Rosemary very kindly offered us a lift to the venue, saving us the trouble of getting a taxi! Upon arrival, Rosemary was stood outside to welcome us in, with her being the friendliest host I have ever stayed with. She gave us a tour of the space and made sure to let us know where everything was. The space was clean and cosy with a lovely conservatory that catches the sun nicely. The garden is well kept and beautiful with lots of flowers, if we had more time, we would have definitely made more use of this! The morning after, Rosemary very kindly made us a delicious continental breakfast - which was well needed after a busy night celebrating! We had a lovely chat :) Rosemary is a fantastic host and the space is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again! Thanks again Rosemary!

Immaculately clean, super friendly and responsive host. Loved that it was dog friendly, nice garden space with a great dog walk seconds away. Some really nice cafes / bars in walking distance.

This barn is beautifully decorated, very new & clean with a high spec finish. Well thought through and had everything we needed including parking for at least 3-4 large cars. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a walk in shower in the bathroom…it even had a fitted toothbrush charger. The added bonus of air conditioning as it was a hot weekend and a wonderful outside area to sit and relax. Felt very peaceful and private. Suitable for a family or friends to share. Restaurants in easy walking distance, local shops and Eden Hall spa only 10 mins away. Thank you, we will be back!!
