Newly renovated, fresh studio with own entrance and bathroom in private part of villa. The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy fresh bedlinnen and towels upon your arrival and included cleaning upon departure, like in a better hotel :-)

The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 120 cm wide bedding sofa. New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

A family friendly apartment on the ground floor of a villa, private entrance and patio. Free parking. Close to subway and bus, 10 min to a cozy local center, 10 min subway to central Stockholm. Kitchen incl. dishwasher and washing machine. In the bedroom, double bed and a sofa bed that's made into a 1.20bed. Very quiet area, close to both swimming, shop, cozy cafes. About 13 min to nice swimming jetty.

I stayed at Ulrika's place for 2 months. The apartment is small but has everything that you need and even more. The neighborhood is quite and green. Ulrika was really nice, helpful and flexible. It is a good place both for staying just a few days and a longer period of time.

Love this place!!! Super quiet yet close to the convention center (10’ walking distance). I felt right at home and slept so well. Lina checked on me a few times to make sure I was warm enough and really accepted constructive feedback I gave her about the place. Will definitely book again if I’m in the area.

Brenda and her family are nice and helpful people and the communication was fast and easy. The apartment was very tidy and any amenities you might need are provided, especially the kitchen is well equipped. It is located in a calm area with public transport in walking distance of about 10-15 minutes. There's water damage in the bathroom that should be taken care of but it didn't really inconvenience me. Contrary to what the description says, there are a couple of cameras outside with one pointing directly to the renters' entrance. It made me a little bit uncomfortable that it's explicitly specified that this is not the case but it also didn't bother me much. Since it's an apartment in the basement, i'd only recommend it if you don't plan on spending all day inside. But it was a great experience overall and i'd happily book again.
