Perfect place for calm and quiet rest. Beach 7 min walk, beautiful swimming pool, super friendly host.

We stayed at this property for 28 days. In summary, it's everything you wish to have on vacation and then some. If you are thinking about it, go for it. Host - They are the absolute nicest and kindest hosts you will find. Highly responsive to your needs. Attentive without being intrusive. Great recommendations to places we would have never found or gone. Location - Unless you want to stay in old town, this location is perfect. 3rd floor has awesome ocean view but you do have to walk up the stairs. If you have a car, parking is included. Uber to Old Town is ~5 Euros. 10 minutes walk to the beach/marina, 3 grocery stores, places to eat from under 10 Euros to fancy, cafes to chill and watch sunset. Amenities - Plenty for both short and long stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower gel, toilet paper, cleaning supplies...etc. Washer and dryer. Cleanliness - Impeccable! This isn't super fancy but it's definitely comfortable and feels like home. We will definitely stay there again

Staying at Martina's apartment was really great! The apartment is super clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea and the garage is a big plus. The apartment is in a quiet location, yet close to everything. Everything was beyond expectations, cozy, modern, and thoughtful. Martina is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. A warm recommendation to everyone, and we'll be back!

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

The place is so wonderful, look exactly like the picture with a beautiful view, perfect for sunset. Apartment is very clean, with cooking equipment supplied. The host is very friendly and kind, respond to any questions quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Ines’ was a wonderful host and her place is beautiful. She gave very in depth & clear instructions that were super helpful with checking in and finding her place. The view from her location is breath taking with a great walking/running path nearby. I would definitely recommend her place is you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

What an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the sea. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed—coffee, basic condiments, a dishwasher—you name it. From the moment we walked in, it felt just right. A special word about the hosts: I’ve never encountered such friendliness, warmth, and willingness to help. Daniel welcomed us personally, gave us a tour, explained everything clearly, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. His recommendations on what to do and where to go were spot on. Since we arrived on a Saturday evening and most shops are closed on Sundays, they even stocked the fridge with some essentials. And when one of us had back pain, they kindly provided a pain relief gel. Truly unforgettable hospitality. Highly recommended!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. The apartment was everything we hoped for and even more! Very clean, great amenities and the hostess is incredibly nice and helpful. Swimming pool is very clean and private, the layout is also great if you are travelling with small children and therefore easy to keep an eye on them. Bus stop is just around the corner so getting to Split without car is easy. The surrounding village is also very quaint and scenery is fantastic. I only gave 5/5 because 6/5 is not possible in this app :)

This unit is just as described. They have renovated it very nicely and made good use of the space. Ivan was very helpful with all of our requests and gave us great information on what to see in Split and area.

The Beauty of the Sea Airbnb was the ideal choice for our family vacation. Located just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants, and a convenient 15-minute drive to Split, this property offered the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. The spacious accommodations comfortably accommodated our group of seven adults, and the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the Croatian heat. We were particularly impressed with the generous living space, which made it easy for us to spend quality time together. Our host, Mate was exceptional. Mate greeted us upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and helpful orientation of the property. The home-cooked meal he prepared was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our trip. Iona was equally friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the Beauty of the Sea Airbnb. I would happily return just to sample another home cooked meal by Mate.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! Located just a 10-minute walk from the city center, it is ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
