Stan je bio odličan – udoban, dobro opremljen i na odličnoj lokaciji. Jedina zamjerka je čistoća, jer bih lično voljela da je bio malo temeljitije očišćen. Sve u svemu, prijatan boravak.

The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, in walking distance (<5min) from the center of the city The only thing that was a drawback for me was that there were no blinds for the bedroom windows and the curtains were not enough to block the morning sun since the bedrooms were facing east.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The check-in went very smoothly. Easy access to a car garage. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it.

The kids really enjoyed the magnetic letters and white board. It calmed them down as soon as we entered. They were tired from the 4 hr car journey. Its not big but its very comfortable and the host really ensures you enjoy your stay.

Die Wohnung war TipTop und sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen: - Willkommensobst angetroffen - 1 Fl. Wasser im Kühlschrank - Tee und Kaffee verfügbar - Wlanzugang einfach und sofort ersichtlich - Mückennetz im Schlafzimmer und Balkontüre - Klimaanlage funktioniert sofort - Im Badzimmer hat es reserven vom wichtigsten falls man etwas vergessen hat. Was für mich nicht so gepasst hat: - Matratze und Sofa mit Kissen sind eher hart.

Stan je jako lijep i uredan. Vrlo ugodna i dobra komunikacija sa domaćinom. Lokacija je na odlicnom mjestu, u blizini je konzum, pekara, ljekarna. Sve pohvale i preporuke.

Alles tiptop und empfehlenswert

Wynajmowany apartament zachwycił nas czystością i pięknym zapachem. To bardzo zadbane miejsce zaaranżowane z gustem i dobrym smakiem. Bardzo wygodna sypialnia, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, a salon dzięki kominkowi zadbał o nasz odpoczynek po deszczowym dniu na motocyklach. Szkoda, że byliśmy tylko przejazdem na 1 nocleg. Chętnie tam wrócimy i bardzo polecamy to miejsce.

Veľmi príjemná a priateľská hostiteľka, tak isto ako bývanie. Hneď po príchode sme sa cítili ako doma, mali sme všetko čo sme potrebovali. Veľmi príjemné prostredie, tichí susedia, veľa súkromia a na blízku bolo na výber z viacerých obchodov s potravinami či napríklad aj bankomatov. Zastávka autobusu smerom na letisko aj smerom do mesta sa nachádza oproti apartmánu, takže sa netreba báť že nestihnete autobus a spomínané letisko je vzdialené 10-15 minút autom/autobusom a mesto Banja Luka cca 20-30 minút. Veľmi odporúčame a ďakujeme veľmi pekne za príjemný pobyt :)

Great, modern and safe apartment in center of Slavonski Brod. Easy and flexible check in with lockbox, parking space in garage in the same building. Clean and functional place with everything we needed and more. Highly recommend 👌

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Denis's. Beautiful apartment, modern, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was ideal - with local shops, bakeries and bars and a walking distance to the city centre. Denis was a perfect host, very welcoming and responsive. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banja Luka!

Die Wohnung war klein, aber hat völlig ausgereicht. Die Bilder haben die Wohnung gut wiedergegeben. Es waren sogar 2 Bäder, was ich in der Beschreibung wohl nicht raus gelesen hatte.

Recommended apartment, lovely hot tub and sauna

“If you are looking for a chance to see the real Banja Luka, and meet some of the real happy friendly people, then Ljilja's place is perfect. It is very clean and tidy, and your host will make you feel welcome. There are plenty of local amenities nearby and the town center is only a 20 minute bus ride away. Just take no 2 bus or 13A. The bus stop is only a short walk from the house. If you are coming by bus to Banja Luka, the main Bus station is only a 10 minute journey. I noticed all along the route there were a lot of interesting shops and businesses. I like to compare prices of items between places so this was great for me! If you were intending to drive or cycle there is plenty of space for parking at the house, and taxis can be organised if necessary though I mostly used the bus, there is usually one every ten minutes or so. There are plenty of local shops, post, bars and places to eat, and if you walk about 15 minutes back towards Banja Luke town center there is a bank on the right hand side with a cash point machine. There might be others nearby but this was the one I used. The house is quiet and peacefull in a pleasent safe area. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen, and soap, shower cream and toilet paper in the bathroom, clean sheets and blankets in the bedrooms. There is a really nice garden around the house with fresh fruit you can pick to eat, a small river that runs next to the house, and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The host, who speaks very good English, German and some French, is very helpful, and can recommend plenty of interesting places to visit. I definitely would recommend staying here if you like to have a relaxing holiday you can tell all your friends about.
