Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers.. The property is run by solar panels (limited use of electric)Max. 200 W Warm water during 24 h!

Casetta Giardino - Little Oasis by The Sea

Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Park your car here and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here... This little cottage (20 m2) has everything you need for a perfect holiday and more!

Das alleinstehende Häuschen ist ein 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit Küche und Bad und abgegegrenztem Hof und steht neben einem Haupthaus im ruhigen Ort Martinscica auf der Insel Cres. Von hier aus kann man perfekt die Inseln Cres und Mali Losinj erkunden, aber immer wieder zu dem Charme des kleinen Fischerorts zurückkehren.
