It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. Stithians village has a shop, a pub, and is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and National Trust sites. The North and South coast are close by and there are many ideal walks and cycle routes. There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.
