Stunning one bedroom cabin with hot tub gartmore

KirstyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My husband and I were after a quiet couple of days away and Catherine's place was perfect! Stunning views, quiet and secluded. A perfectly formed little cabin with everything you could need. Very comfy bed and the hot tub is a lovely extra. Gartmore itself is a pretty little village but also within easy access to lots of lovely walks, lochs and scenery. Very happy customers!

Widgeon and nest

DugaldRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

Such a beautiful cabin next to a lovely loch. The beds were extremely comfortable lots of games to play if you forget to bring your own like we did. Hot tub was very relaxing especially watching the ducks go past while chilling with a cuppa tea. I would definitely recommend Alex she was an amazing host, replied to my messages very quickly. Overall a beautiful cabin that I will be returning to in the future ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Finn Village Sunset Glamping Pod & Private Hot Tub

MeganRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had an amazing time, it was all enclosed which was great because it was torrential rain when we were there. We loved the shop, lots of choice, and great that it was 24/7 for when we ran out of wood in the middle of the night. The pod itself was lovely, although we did spend most of our time in the gazebo. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Cozy Cabin with Stunning Loch Lomond Views

PratikRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely lakeside property, ideal for family. Clean and well maintained, 2 bed rooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable heating. Very proactive and communicative host. Two areas of improvement. 1. Access to food in the neighborhood was a challenge, there's only one pub with limited food options. Menu provided in the property was dated and not catered to. 2. There's only a washing machine but no dryer in the property. Overall though, a wonderful property and made for a great stay, we would go there again.

Retreat to the Campsies

JaneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had the privilege of being the first guest at this stunning lodge. It is beautifully presented and the hosts went out of their way to make sure that I found the place easily and got inside successfully, which I did!! It is in an unusual spot as it is right next to a golf course, however it is very private and watching the sheep terrorising the golfers is highly amusing. The large windows at the front are tinted for privacy and once the trees and shrubs grow in a bit more it will be perfectly secluded but will still give incredible views of the mountains on one side and the valley on the other. Bed was super comfy and the lodge is extremely well equipped, including a hot tub. Highly recommended for a peaceful yet modern place to stay whilst only being 20-30 mins from Glasgow. X

Escape to an off grid bothy in Scotland with sauna

SamRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Things to watch out for before you start your journey. Request the additional directions and do not rely upon Sat Nav to get you there. Sat nav takes you down the wrong track and I ended up 1 mile from the Bothy in a field stuck at a locked gate. I didn’t notice the additional note about directions being supplied on request and went with the sat nav. It was also pointed out that low slung cars are not suitable for the track to the Bothy and this is also something I found out the hard way. Car took a bit of a battering especially with the extra journey of having to go back and find the correct track to the bothy. I just want to point out that all of the above was of my own doing and could have been avoided if I had requested the additional directions and paid heed to the warnings with regards type of car. Apart from all that the Bothy was exactly as described and really is an off grid experience. Beautiful surroundings and as long as you don’t get lost makes for a very relaxing stay

Luxury lodge wrapped in exceptional scenery

DavidRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The lodge was cosy and comfortable. Although several decades old, it had very recently been updated with new furniture, and new fittings in the kitchen and bathroom. The lodge was conveniently close to the loch-side, and the site itself was well situated for access to Killin and the surrounding countryside.

Lovely peaceful stay at the edge of the glen watching the sheep and highland cows go by. Joanna was super helpful and we felt very welcomed. The hotel at the bottom of the road (25min walk) is handy addition when you don't want to get back into the car. The goodies we got on arrival was an extra treat.

Badger's Sett

we stayed in this lovely little hut on our first night before we started the NC500. It was a great way to start the trip. The cabin was beautifully presented and so secluded and private considering there are other cabins in operation in the same woodland. The bed was super comfy and we loved the kitchen and bath looking out into the forest. 100% recommend ❤️
