Beach house vacation rentals in Stintino

We had a perfect stay at Villaggio Turas - the apartment was spotless, bright and as described with spectacular views overlooking the coastline and surrounded by leafy green trees and flowers. Fantastic street fish bar in Porto Alabe and gorgeous beach a short drive from the apartment. Sebastiano was so helpful and friendly - showing us round and giving us plenty of local recommendations. A perfect birthday and a gorgeous two days, our only regret was not staying longer!

This is really a cozy summer house overlooking Porto Rafael and its beautiful beach. The view -especially- from the top terrace is spectacular. The house was very well equipped with everything we need. We had a very attentive and helpful host. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality of the beds and sheets/towels.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation offers great value for money and is perfectly located for exploring the north of Sardinia. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Christine’s apartment. Spectacular view of the water and the castello. 5 minutes walking to Bar Sax and 10 minutes walking to the supermarket and restaurants.

Perfect stay at home Karmis. Very nice and well-maintained apartment, with lots of spaces and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Really excellent cleanliness of the house, although it was large there was nothing out of place or anything that was not clean and fragrant. Ylenia was a really kind person, also very helpful in giving us local advice, as well as being very clear in providing us with all the information of the house. Very fair value for money. I highly recommend this place!

Super nice view from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby. Quiet environment, except for a disco in the far distance. Supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches in 3 min. by car. Accommodation ideal for 2 persons.

We had a lovely stay. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets were all within minutes of the property. We were 4 adults and a teenager and there was plenty of space for us all. The garden and pool area were absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is simply awesome, very well maintained, spacious and with a beautiful garden. The location is great, quiet and yet easily accessible. Viviane and her parents are incredibly helpful. You feel welcome straight away. You can tell that they are there with a lot of love. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. The apartment was very clean. We felt very comfortable and everything you need for everyday needs was there. Only the cushions of the sun loungers and the seating outside could be renewed (not all chairs seemed trustworthy for my husband, 2.00 meters tall and 105kg) Very quiet, well-maintained complex and we had the pool mostly to ourselves. Communication with the owners was also great. You got a quick response.

100% recommended, the house was very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. The outdoor areas are wonderful and we really enjoyed the pisicina and the barbecue Davide was always attentive to everything we needed and was very kind. He recommended activities in the area and places to eat and dine Again, no doubt.

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was very peaceful and private. Gian Piero was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Home was perfectly clean with everything you need guaranteed. Walking distance to a beautiful beach for snorkeling and a grocery for food. I highly recommend this place for your next stay, you will not regret it.

I had a wonderful stay in Stintino, thanks entirely to the impeccable home and our amazing host, Valentina. The house is spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—clearly prepared with care. Valentina went above and beyond, even stocking the fridge with wine, champagne, pasta, cheese, and more—a truly thoughtful touch. A couple of things to note: the beach is a 10–15 minute walk downhill, but the return is steep and takes longer. The area is quiet, with limited restaurants and not much to do—La Pelosetta wasn’t great, in my opinion. Overall, the surroundings felt overpriced and overrated. if you’re after peace, comfort, and a warm welcome, this is the perfect spot. Just don’t expect much nightlife or variety nearby. Many thanks

There are not enough superlatives to describe this beautiful home and most gracious host. It is a quirky unique spacious house that is utterly charming with exquisite views. It is an oasis of calm but only a 5 minute drive to some lovely restaurants and beaches. I would recommend without hesitation the amenities and charm of the house, beautiful gardens, outside area, pool, sunbeds, bbq area and bar. It was perfect for our family of 5 but would also suit a larger group or 2 smaller families - particularly given the split levels. Christina could not have been kinder to us. She kept in regular contact before our arrival and throughout with directions, recommendations and local tips. It genuinely felt like staying at a friend’s house. We will revisit when schedules allow and thank Christina sincerely for her kindness and hospitality. This is a 5 star property and experience and I have no doubt in my mind about recommending this incredible host and home.

We spent a lovely week in this apartment which had all the amenities you need. The view from the balcony was amazing. Communication with Lorella was excellent and she kept in touch with us throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

The house is wonderful, quite newly renovated and well equipped and absolutely matches the pictures and description. But what excited us most was the fantastic location, with wonderful views of the sea from the bedroom and the two terraces. The place Santa Maria Del Mare doesn't give much, but we knew that and went to the beaches and to eat with the bikes or the car. Anna provided us with wonderful information - thank you:-)

Lovely accommodation with a huge garden in which our children could play freely. We were allowed to take some fruit and vegetables from the garden and even eggs from the chicken. With the cat, having a resident pet in the accommodation to feed and to look after, set a new gold standard for our children. Annarita and her husband Mauro were great hosts and very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Its a perfect place in the middle of the town with lots of restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

From check-in to checkout, everything was wonderful! Romina always responded quickly and even asked if we needed heating in bad weather. Very accommodating! The place is nice and quiet (we were there in September) but has two restaurants and a supermarket. You can also walk to the beach quickly and you can also start hiking right from the front door. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well-equipped. On one balcony you could have breakfast and on the other you could dry the laundry. We always got a free parking space in front of the door. So, we were very satisfied ☺️

Maurizio's place is fantastic! The outdoor kitchen with spectacular ocean and coastline views makes the property a unique experience. The house is well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. The sunsets were beautiful. We can recommend the place 100%
