This house is equipped with two en-suite bathrooms and an outdoor shower, two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a small living area. Outside there is a large terrace with a wooden table and umbrella, accompanied by tek chairs: the perfect setting to enjoy the view! The terrace is bordered by Mediterranean plants that enhance even more the breathtaking views of the Pelosa sea and Asinara island. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach.

The apartment is ideally located on Capo Falcone’s hills in a luxurious and private compound surrounded by plain nature. You will appreciate the well-kept garden where you can enjoy great moments of relax away from the crowded beaches. The Pelosa beach, known as one of the most beautiful in Italy, is only a 10 minutes’ walk away, together with restaurants, bars and groceries stores.
