This was a great homestay and a real gem. Stewart was proactive and responded before I even arrived to all the concerns I had as a woman traveling alone. He was always proactive if I needed to know anything. Warm and very pleasant. I highly recommend Stewart's home and hopefully, I will be back very soon. All in all - my most amazing homestay away from home.

Jason place was amazing to stay at, it is situated in a private area, even though it’s close to the main road you barely hear the cars coming from the main road. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Jason was also responsive whenever we needed his help with something before we checked in and well we were at his place. We had a problem with the bathroom sink not draining the water, and within 10-15 minutes he was there and fixed the problem. I have no negative reviews for him he really took care of us and made sure that our stay was worth our money.

The apartment is fantastic - spacious, spotless, and offers total privacy. The garden is beautifully maintained and the pool is perfect for cooling off. Charl and Nelly are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything you need, making the stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints, don’t waste your time searching for alternatives - this place has it all. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We had an amazing stay with our baby at this wonderful place. The location was perfect, in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, with great access to lots of tourists hotspots. Everything in the house was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The host's communication, responsiveness, and hospitality were exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our baby absolutely loved the house and felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

This was our second stay at Jacquie's place. The townhouse's location is ideal if you like privacy and peace. Inside everything is neat, and everything you need is there, including coffee maker and air fryer. The air-conditioner is sufficient to cool the whole unit and an evaporative cooler is available when needed. Everything was in place and easy to find. There were clear instructions to use everything, including the generator. I would definitely recommend it, even for longer stays. Thanks again Jacquie for making everything so easy and comfortable.

It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

As all of Paula's reviews will confirm, her place is like being in your own home. Paula is the hostess with the mostess and you really could not ask for better. This is certainly our Joburg base from now on! Her place is realxing and you can feel an instant calmness when you enter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a wonderful stay at Deiter's Acacia 1 apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean and felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was truly outstanding—Deiter went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and he was always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the cereals, muffins, and milk waiting for us. It made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay on Johannesburg!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, felt welcomed and at home. It was clean and comfortable moreover, the host was friendly.

My Fiancé and I had an amazing stay at Zingisa’s place. The complex is quiet, safe and most of all beautiful. The gym was a bonus and the club house is great if you want to stay within the complex. The shopping centre is really close, with all the vital stores. If you want to go out or do the Rhino park you travel plus/minus 40min. Zingisa was very friendly and prompt with responses. Would recommend her apartment if you enjoy walks, peace and security. 👌🏽👌🏽

The apartment was fantastic and spacious with two en-suites. The view of the city from this apartment is unlike no other, it definitely was the highlight of our trip. We did struggle to use the stove a bit but Shashi was quick to help us. And the apartment is really well stocked for a long stay. When we arrived at the apartment building it was a bit of a party spot it seems on the weekends -as there’s a restaurant downstairs with music and a shisha lounge. However, during the week it was calm and peaceful ( and you can’t hear any noise at all from the apartment so it isn’t actually an issue). Overall enjoyed our stay and was worth every penny we paid. We would stay again!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and came equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a secure and easily accessible area, just minutes away from top malls, restaurants, and everything else you could want while in Johannesburg. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from Jason and Jen. They were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in after a morning arrival. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made me feel at home. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay. Highly recommended – I’d definitely stay here again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Myself, wife and 2 kids spent 2 nights here. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Good security which is essential. And a short walk to Mall of Africa. Anita was very responsive and clear with check in instructions. I will be staying here next time we visit South Africa.

We had a lovely stay at Michelle's place, the apartment was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were visiting family in the area so the location suited us perfectly. Very convenient for OR Tambo airport.
