I had a lovely stay at Lauren's home. As other reviewers have noted, it is such a peaceful, warm place in the middle of the city, with easy uber/car access to everything that you need (I rarely waited more than 2-3 minutes for an uber). The garden area is so peaceful, the home is very well equipped, and Lauren is very responsive and helpful.

Slee was an amazing host. Very patient and accommodating. She is friendly and always available to answering my questions or being able to help me when I call her. The space was clean, beautiful backyard. I love the indoor braai area. It was lovely having my staycation there

We spent several weeks at Lisa’s place and loved every moment. Lisa was super communicative and always on hand if we had a question. We liked being situated in Melville which is easily walkable and has lots of unique places to visit, especially the cafes on 7th street, 27 Boxes and morning walks up on the Koppies which are a must if staying in the area. Thanks again Lisa for being a great host, we hope to stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Karen’s house. It was a wonderful place to stay at and reconnect with our family. There were enough rooms and a lot of sitting areas indoors and outdoors to accommodate a large family. Also Karen was a very helpful and accommodating host. When we needed anything she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We felt right at home during our stay - the space was warm, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed, including more than enough blankets to keep us cozy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything so seamless from start to finish. Thank you for such a lovely experience - we’d definitely love to return!

A lovely, large and well equipped house with garden and pool within walking distance of Parkhurst restaurants and shops. A great place to stay if visiting Joburg - felt very comfortable. Hannah was very professional and friendly and we felt very at home.

Comfy, spacious farmhouse with beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. Never met the hosts but helpful and accommodating. Great price for what we received my only complaint is that i didn’t have the time to stay longer, will definitely be back with a bigger group

Wonderful short stay at Ingrids place. Pristine accomodation in beautiful suburb with easy access to transport/e hailing services. Host is super friendly and attended to all my needs.

It was my 2nd time booking at Queen’s place and with good reason. It’s pretty, cosy and peaceful, I felt at home. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the place is as described & as in the pictures so don’t let the drive in the city scare or fool you, it’s Jozi after all. Queens place is safe, peaceful, feels private and homey. The staff is helpful and responsive & even though my first trip there was some construction happening it did not disturb or impact my stay. They were mindful, friendly and considerate. I will be booking here soon again and again!

Chiara and Jono's space was absolutely beautiful and so welcoming! They made us and our dogs feel so at home. Their two gorgeous dogs were very well behaved and friendly. We would absolutely visit again and definitely recommend the space to our family and friends 🧡

My friends and I had a great stay. Not only was the place easy to find but the atmosphere was also welcoming, spotlessly clean and with a peaceful and private backyard. The communication was excellent and might I add that Stephen and Annie’s hospitality was exceptional. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend staying with them again.

Tsele makes everything easy from check in to check out. Very professional. Across the street from the Mall of Africa so anything you need is right there. I will definitely be back!

I am a automobile and lifestyle content creator - i visit different countries and visit many guesthouses hotels etc , so i get to experience a variety of different people and places - but i absolutely LOVED Jacobs accomodation for the warm, homely feel. He was accomodating, friendly and so helpful from conception,- I needed to check in an hour earlier because of international guest arrival and Jacob pulled out all the stops to have the place ready to accomodate me at very short notice. The house itself is beautiful and suits any occasions, so should you be looking for your engement parties venues, big milestone birthdays , or even just a photo shoot for an important reason this is it . Thank you Jacob for being the best in the crew.

We had an amazing stay. The place was easy to find and it was exceptionally beautiful. It looked just like the pictures if not better. Karen was also an amazing host, super friendly and always responsive. She met us during check-in, gave us a tour and showed us where everything was. I would definitely consider booking here again.

Our reservation for the size of our group stay was super! The rooms were huge, private and super neat and clean. The ample bathrooms in the house eases the load and no waiting for others to finish. The entertainment and dining areas were so well planned which makes this house an ideal place for a huge family reunion, group or corporate outing or even a workshop for a small executive group. The kitchen is huge and had lovely amenities. Even the cottage was clean and neat, as our big group of 15 utilized all the facilities. We had a power failure in the house but was quickly attended to and there were daylight alternatives. Housekeeping is right up there.

Great stay at Wandas. She accommodated us quite late and made sure everything was ready. House was amazing and very close to clubhouse.

This cottage is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Cosy, well furnished, with a private garden to sit and enjoy some quiet time among the beautiful tree ferns. We only stayed a night on our way transiting through Joburg but found the commute of abt 30 mins to OR Tambo perfectly manageable. very safe within a boom gated community and close to the shops at Four Ways amd Design Quarter. Quality bed linen, a jacuzzi style bath, and lovely welcoming selection of complimentary snacks were much appreciated. Deirdre and her husband welcomed us and made us and showed us around, making us feel instantly at home. we'll definitely be back! Thank you

Awesome place! Super host! Great/safe area. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful river in the back. Everything was absolutely great during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
