Waterfront vacation rentals in Stephens County

Very nice place close to the town for eating out, etc. Loved sitting on the balconies overlooking the river. Very spacious and had most everything we needed.

Well, I didn’t personally stay at Sharon‘s place, but my mom did and she couldn’t have had more positive things to say about this property. It will be her new go to home away from home while visiting the grandkids. 10/10.

The house is simply fantastic. Everything is of the highest quality and very tasteful. Everything has informative labels to make it easier to use. Super modern structure.

It's a great place. Clean on the inside. you can leave and walk anywhere you want it's close to everything. l would stay there again.

Amelia is a super host! She was always responsive, before and during our stay with clear communication about everything. She provided flexibility on check-in and check-out. The condo is about a 5 minute drive to Clemson's campus, which made it the perfect location for us to visit our son there and attend a football game. It was exactly as described/ pictured, squeaky clean, nicely updated, and quiet (on the 3rd floor). It is located in an older complex, but inside the condo has been completely updated with brand new flooring, bathrooms, countertops, appliances, etc. TVs are in every room, but you will probably not want to stay inside much....it's on the lake! We didn't get down to the lake, but we could see the lake from the balcony of the condo. Parking was always available all weekend, directly in front. Everything we could have possibly needed was there, and it was in places we would expect to find it! We are already picking dates to go back to this AirBNB! Thank you, Amelia!

Great place for a weekend getaway. Steep decline to the lake that can be challenging, exceptional going back up. House was great with plenty of room.

We all enjoyed our visit it was the perfect spot to visit our daughter who works at a summer camp nearby! We will definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home and place. We enjoyed the stay! The pool was by far our favorite just wish we had better weather to enjoy it further. Great customer service. We accidentally set the fire alarm off one night and she didn’t hesitate to message to make sure everything was okay.

What a beautiful place. Comfy beds, lots of space, great water pressure, and the tub was perfect! Property is great. Had a little trouble with the stove but Martin was super responsive and help us through it. Hot water takes a minute in the kitchen. The view from the decks are so peaceful.

Perfect spot for our somewhat last minute getaway. Secluded and quiet, but close to several towns if you want to have supper or listen to a little music. The water right off the dock is deep and swimmable, and the kayaks are great for an easy trip to the main channel of Lake Hartwell. The house itself is beautiful, and comfortable(an important combination). Very clean, with all the necessities that are often absent in vacation rentals(lake towels! coffee filters! salt!). We really loved this lake cabin, and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful house on the lake! It was super clean, new construction, and very peaceful/quiet. Not a ton of nearby restaurants/shops but the house has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook, so it was no problem! We rented a pontoon boat at Harbor Light Marina, which wasn’t too far away (~30 min). Would recommend staying here for a weekend!

Our host was so kind and for that I am so thankful! The home and property are beautiful. The kitchen is way better equipped than any other place I’ve stayed (at least 10 different ones) which is awesome if you love to cook like me and are there cooking a holiday feast! Y’all, no place will feel perfect because no other place is your own home but this place comes close. Ildi’s responsiveness and kindness are the icing on the cake. We had a simple and pleasant experience here at the lake house and that’s all that we prayed for.

Our family enjoyed our time at Leslie’s place. Perfect location for our family trip for Clemson graduation. We had enough space and the ground floor made it perfect for the older folks. Strongly recommend staying here if visiting Clemson for any reason. If you have a specific bed requirement, you should note both the mattress and pillows were very soft. As someone who prefers a sturdier pillow and firmer mattress, I did end up using a different pillow my daughter brought us from her apartment. Outside of that I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Would 100% stay here again. Leslie is lovely.

My husband and I stayed at the Lake side Keowee Condo the last week of August. The condo looks exactly like to pictures. Kitchen was beautiful and had all that you would need. There are 2 master bedrooms. One is an ensuite with sliding doors to a small balcony that had a table and chairs. You could see the lake from the balcony . We would have breakfast out here in the morning. The living room had beautiful bay windows which also had lake view. There is a large cabinet in the living room that was stocked with games. The living room also has 2 sets of bunk beds that were like Murphy beds and folded up. We were only 2 people but condo could easily accommodate 10 people. You could walk to the pool but the beach you needed to drive to. Keowee Key is a beautiful community. It was very quiet the week we were there but we were fine with that as we were looking for peaceful few days. We did not play golf but course looked beautiful. There is also a restaurant on property

Fran’s place was the perfect place for the family to stay for my son’s graduation. Very close to campus but away from the crowds. Fran’s place was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels felt high end. I would recommend this place 100% and hope to be back! Fran was very proactive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check in and check out.

Perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Had a little issue with hot water the first night, but made a plan to spread out shower time between all and we no longer had the issue. In walking distance to the town!

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
