Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Stephens County

We were 13 people staying at Berro's. We all enjoyed the stay, the home was so cozy. We had everything we needed. Plenty towels ans space. I would highly recommend this lake house. I can say is one of the best Airbnb places I have ever stayed in.

The cabin was super cute and comfortable! It was perfect for our family of 8. We enjoyed the games and made s’mores in the outside fireplace. The older kids loved having the basement space to do their own thing sometimes. The area is beautiful as well with lots of hiking and waterfalls, and cute little towns for shopping. Only minor issue was a lack of pantry/food storage. We had to get a little creative and not shop for the whole week at once. If you use a plastic storage tub for some of your packing it would help double as food storage during the stay.

This was an excellent place to stay. Martin was communicative ahead of time with everything that we needed, and the house was perfect for the group we brought with us. Plus, it was a great spot for some peace and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Wonderful cabin and we enjoyed the outdoors every night around the bonfire. Kayaks were great, the kids loved them! This is the first cabin I have stayed in that had comfy chairs in the living room! It was really nice to relax in them after a long drive. Blankets were great as we needed them! Would definitely go back!

Our host was so kind and for that I am so thankful! The home and property are beautiful. The kitchen is way better equipped than any other place I’ve stayed (at least 10 different ones) which is awesome if you love to cook like me and are there cooking a holiday feast! Y’all, no place will feel perfect because no other place is your own home but this place comes close. Ildi’s responsiveness and kindness are the icing on the cake. We had a simple and pleasant experience here at the lake house and that’s all that we prayed for.

Couldn't had a better birthday weekend, we enjoyed so much stayed in this beautiful home, we will definitely come back again.

Robert is an excellent host! He was very helpful and had several suggestions for activities and places to visit. If his place is available again next year, I will definitely make a reservation! A great place to stay!

Nice house with loads of area. The family (10 of us) enjoyed coming together and relaxing. Be prepared for plenty of mounted hunting trophies. You can put your boat(s) in right around the corner and the dock has 2 slips. Mary Ann communicated thoroughly prior to arrival and then left us be - but she was available in case of any issue or question.

I had a great stay. The place is very easy to find and in a great location. Was very impressed with how clean and organized everything was. Would highly recommend staying at river romance.

Great stay! Will be back! Walkable to the whole town, and a nice playground right next to the condo for our little to play.

Five Stars! I had a wonderful stay at Kimberly’s place. The location was perfect—quiet, private, and in a peaceful area that made it easy to relax. The home itself was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and felt very welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Tall Ships Condos at Keowee Key! The condo was clean, spacious and had all we needed. We also enjoyed the beautiful walking trail around the lake! Our hosts were very responsive and communicative.

We had an amazing stay for the Clemson Spring Game! The space is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts were fabulous and constantly kept us in communication with what we needed and even went out of their way to take care of us when we had a small issue. Couldn’t recommend more! We will definitely be back. It was too far to walk to the stadium, but we were able to get over there in less than 5 minutes in the car.

Beautiful house. We had a great time with the family. Stacy was very helpful and answered any questions I had immediately. Will book again in the future.
