LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. My stay was amazing! Space was cozy, very clean and beautiful views outside. Location is close to everything I needed to visit. My only negative is the water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low. Made it very hard to shower. Not sure if its normally that low or if it was just my luck. Thankfully the owners responded quick to try to help solve the problem, but I was there for a short time and gone most of the day to try to resolve. Nonetheless, I would definitely come back and stay here!

I had an excellent stay! Hector is exceptionally friendly and responsive, communicating fluently in both English and Spanish. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos. Conveniently, there’s a gas station within walking distance for snacks and drinks, as well as nearby restaurants you can easily walk to. The beach is just steps away, offering a perfect location. For solo female travelers, the gated property and secure locks provide a great sense of safety. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

We loved our stay in Rincon at the pink beach house so much! There was nothing better than walking a few steps to the beach several times a day. We usually started our day with breakfast in the beautiful garden. We then packed up beach chairs and snorkel gear and headed to Steps Beach. The snorekling was great, and the beach was beautiful! We would come back for lunch and pool time in the backyard. The kids really loved the pool. Later we would walk to Sands beach to swim. We even got to swim in the rain a couple times. Our favorite restaurant for dinner was La Cambija. The kids also really enjoyed the Beach House. We went to the Econo grocery store by the house daily. It was so convenient to be able to walk. My daughter also loved the fun chais at Solcelito Coffee across the street. My daughter’s favorite part of the trip was all the animals, especially the cats! So many kitties. Goodbye Rincon. We loved you!

The place is perfect, from the time you get up until you go to bed. Since we arrived, we said we don't have to go anywhere. The location, the very quiet beach, the sunrise and sunset from the balcony is amazing. The house has everything and is very clean and organized. We have nice memories and without a doubt, staying in the west, this will continue to be our #1 place!

We chose Mara’s listing for the deck and beautiful location—and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely spectacular. We ended up skipping many of our planned activities simply because we enjoyed being at the house so much. We fished right from the deck, kayaked, snorkeled, swam, and soaked in the stunning scenery—all without leaving the property. Mark was incredibly friendly and super responsive throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and the area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and truly hope to book again someday.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Menta. It’s at a great location, quiet and calming but close to the busyness and fun of Rincon. It was nice to know there was everything we could need: coffee, towels, bug spray, TVs for the kids. We loved the back porch and the gated front yard. Something to note: we (and our three young kids) were all woken up both nights at 4 AM by the caged rooster in the neighbors backyard. He crowed for atleast half an hour if not an hour.
